Excellent customer care.I ordered from this company & when it reached the UK & arrived at Evri i then stopped receiving delivery updates & I still haven't received my package.(though I'm hopping it will be delivered very
soon) I contacted Coolbe in the hope they could help in some way as I wasn't getting anywhere with Evri.Coolbe went above & beyond.They located the package & updated me & after their investigation I then heard from the UK delivery company Evri with an update.I really appreciate such outstanding customer care from Coolbe & I hope that Evri the delivery company here who still have my parcel can also display the same finese as Coobe, as on this occasion unfortunately they haven't.Thank you Coolbe for your communication & practical help it is much appreciated.

Terrible long wait for a simple item
Terrible long wait for a simple item. Wish I had known, ten days later I am waiting for a role of tape to arrive. I ordered from a Swiss branch (so it seems) but the promised time is not kept and the wait is ridiculous for 2025. Still waiting

No address on website, delivery from China 5 times longer(30-90days) than advertized(5-6days). No cancellation possible. Have to wait for a month or 2 to get the ordered goods. Never again, do not recomend

Can’t manage to track the package. Now that the max date is reached, I received a message that if it doesn’t arrive at 19 SEPTEMBER!!!!!! I get a refund!!! We are 6 July now and I am waiting since 2-3 weeks about! This package I bought for using in summer not September!! I tryed to contact them but I didn’t manage

A fraudulent company that does not show…
A fraudulent company that does not show you a delivery date until you pay them the amount, and then you will find that the delivery will be within 18 days or more than that, and it is in Europe and not from China. I take an order from China and it arrives to me within five or seven days.
