I ordered and received the shoes, several pillow cases, a fitted sheet, and grounding mat. I tried all the products for 2 weeks and was not happy with any of them. The shoes were were so uncomfortable I couldn't wear them, and I felt no positive effects what so ever using other items. When I inquired about returning them I was told that returns were only accepted if unopened and unused! How am I supossed to tell if they work without using the?

Such a simple problem to fix - by being up front
Such a simple problem to fix, a simple statement in their advertising that a “full size“ mattress cover does not cover a king bed mattress completely.
We now have the situation where the Edge is a good 12 inches in from each side, and if I rotate at 90° well, I appreciate the logic that some contact is better than nothing but it is not as pictured in the advert
I appreciate the very fast response from Judy on my complaint, but simply saying partially covers and is sufficient is disingenuous When the photo for a full size shows a full mattress cover.
It really does take the edge off the excitement of getting a quality product in place.
I’m half tempted to simply return it without being used, but the other comments about the difficulty getting that done and extracting a refund makes me think this is all too hard.
I know of other bedding companies including for mattresses where a 30 day refund is their guarantee regardless of status of use.
Given I paid as much as I did in Australia, this is very disappointing

I certainly, fall asleep much faster, and sleep longer without waking up. I wake up refreshed eariler thatn before, but I believe that is becasue I am sleeping longer and better. My plantar fasciitis does no longer hurts first thing in the morning either! I do try and plant my feet flat on the bed when I first get in and also before I get out in the morning. I am totally pleased with my purchase.

Placebo effect. No connection to earth at all.
I purchased the mattress grounding mat (half) and it is a complete lie or "placebo effect". I tested the product with a calibrated multimeter and there is no electrical connection AT ALL between any part of the product, the mat, the earth points or even the two ends of the supplied "earthing cable". No part of this product has any earthing effect whatsoever as they do not connect to earth in any way. I have not received any response to a request for a refund.

This company does provide full transparency of location and all fees. It should be disclosed that the business/company resides in a specific country so customers are aware that will be currency exchange charges added to their cards when they complete a purchase.

Be patient--results are worth the wait!!!
I purchased the single pad for two different beds. They are wide enough that if you're a "simple" sleeper, it's ample size. I didn't seem to notice much the first two weeks and was rather disappointed. It's been about a month and I'm noticing a few things!!! I have been sleeping so sound--which never happens, and I truly think I have fewer aches and pains than normal! (70 year old!!) Be patient and give it a chance!! Changes were gradual for me!!! Best Grounding Gear on the Market!
This is the third company that I’ve tried grounding products from, and they’re MILES in front, on every level- product quality, customer service, product functionality, range of products, value for money (especially when bundling).
I purchased a single sized grounding sheet, a grounding mat, a wall socket tester and a product tester. The sheet is the only one I’ve found that has a strong enough current to go UNDER the sheet. The sockets and leads are a better quality. The material itself made out of is way more robust and way bigger than other ones I’ve tried. I can use it on my bed (just for me), or throw it on the couch for movie marathons and ground while I’m relaxing. I love it.
The mat is great too. Sitting at my desk working, sitting on the couch…..and I always talk visitors into giving it a go while they have a cuppa and chats 🙂
And the testers!!! They’re SO GOOD to have!! You really have no idea whether your products are actually working properly or not, and I was able to test my sheets, mat, my leads (one of which was not working at all!!), and use everything with complete confidence.
And to ice the cake I had a number of interactions with customer service with questions about my products and they were consistently prompt, professional, and pleasant to deal with.
Five stars across the board.

I have been using this grounding sheet for several months and have seen absolutely no improvement in my sleep, nor how I feel in the morning. Their emails urge you to contact them for advice, but I have emailed twice and received absolutely no response. This is a very expensive fail.

We are still trying out the mattress pad and after 5 days, both my husband and I are questioning the benefit. Our sleep has not improved nor has any sense of body restorative results. I really want this to work, so will continue and post if it improves.

Sceptic no longer!
Ok - I was a sceptic but willing to be proven wrong and boy! Was I!
I often have a swollen ankle after a hot spell and sleeping usually doesn’t help - I wake up still with puffy feet and ankles. That was u til I got my mattress cover. Now I wake with fully normal ankles and feet daily, no matter what the weather was like the previous day OR how much fluids I drank (I’m rubbish at hydrating!)
All in all, if the sheet was a little more cotton-like, I’d love it even more but heck…. It’s brill.

Not big enough for a king bed. It only basically covers the center.

While it may not cover the entire king bed, rest assured that as long as a good portion of your body is in contact with the mat, your whole body will still benefit from grounding. If you'd prefer broader coverage, you can also try rotating the mat to run across the width of the bed instead of the length, it can help cover both you and your partner more effectively.

Im currently still monitoring changes…
Im currently still monitoring changes with the grounding mattress cover- i do have alot of health issues but the first thing i have noticed is that im sleeping better and getting much deeper sleep. Il continue to monitor and record. If all goes well id be getting this for my whole family.
