I must admit I was a bit skeptical when…
I must admit I was a bit skeptical when my son recommended I try the grounding sheet.
I have lymphedema in my arm from breast cancer treatment and gave to wear a sleeve and gauntlet on my hand.
Anyway I gave it a go and my last fluid reading had dropped from 4.8 down to 1.8 after using the grounding sheet.
Now let’s see if I can keep it at that level 🤞

I have know about grounding for a while…
I have know about grounding for a while and even tried one a friend loaned me. It was the kind of sheet you had to have direct contact with and was quite small. I found it a bit clumsy.
So I started searching for a full king size sheet one that I could actually have a sheet over the top so I wouldn't have to wash it all the time.
In my research I found you guys and took the plunge and brought a king size grounding sheet.
From the first night I noticed a difference. I slept better and when I woke up I went back to sleep easier.
The other thing I noticed was that my knee swelling went down. It would go down over night and then by evening would swell again but I noticed after about a week the swelling was staying down.
I have been measuring my knees and after about 3 weeks with the grounding sheet on our bed my knees have gone down by 4 cm's and are staying down throughout the day now.
We recently went on a 5 hour road trip and was super excited to see my knees not swelling up.
I am excited to see moving forward what other improvements I notice.
I was super impressed with the power point device that checks to see if your power point is grounded properly and to know it is actually being effective.
I have also had a couple of questions and customer service was super helpful.
I am definitely going to get some for our holiday house and am thinking about perhaps getting a mat so when I sit reading or watching a movie I can also be getting the benefits of grounding.

I ordered the mattress cover and had to remove it in the middle of the night as I was boiling hot. I contacted this company explaining my situation and asked for a refund. Their reply advised I should cover the mattes cover with a sheet made from natural fiber. I only use pure cotton sheets. They told me I don’t qualify for a refund as I used it. How on earth are you supposed to know if anything will work for you if you can’t try it?! It’s theft as far as I’m concerned. Do not waste your money buying this product.

I put it to a test. On the bed without telling my husband. He talked about how well he'd been sleeping. Me too. Then I explained to him what i did. One night I forgot to plug it in. The next morning he asked me if I had plugged it in because he didn't sleep as well. It works. Best way to describe it is we get a very restful sleep.

The company offered to refund the purchase. Glad they did that. The original reply indicated they cannot refund the purchase due to hygienic reasons. I am guessing they would take the returned product and resell it to another customer, but that is an assumption on my part.

I used the mattress cover for 4 months with no change in my inflammation or pain levels.
The company only has a 30 day return policy and the product must be unopened. How are you supposed to know if it works if you don’t take it out of the package.
Every interaction I have had with them indicated that I was being impatient and needed to give it time to work.
I stuck with it, followed their instructions and still NOTHING.

Ordered grounding sheet on the 3rd May from what I believed to be a Victorian company..selected as I only wanted Australian …still waiting.. tracking information is disappointing, showing numerous ports in various countries.. and at this point I discover actually it is Chinese made.. no idea when it is to arrive as shipping info gives me no idea..

I purchased a Down to Ground mat last year. I didn’t use it much until Spring when I put it at the bottom of my bed. I have slept SO MUCH BETTER! Severe health issue dissappeared
My father has been on a very heavy pain killer for years now. Now that he has the grounding sheet he has experienced little pain and is now fully off of the said tablets. He has a chronic back that is repairable without major surgery and thanks to your clever work he is a new man.

Don’t fit UK beds. Can’t return.
The sizes for fitted sheets are NOT UK bed sizes even though they state they are. They’re absolutely huge, bigger than even their measurements, and the returns process is very frustrating and costly.
You can’t return with a courier without a local phone number for delivery, which they don’t give you when you ask to return.
So it’s all just a headache.

Not worth the hype
I purchased my mat last year in an attempt to help my body move through a rheumatoid flare and assist with inflammation. I recieved the sheet and the grounding checker and despite consistent use, feel zero difference. I don't sleep more than 3 hour blocks and it has not assisted in pain relief at all. I was very hopeful it would help - but I get better results from going to the beach and standing on the sand for 10 minutes.
I contacted the instagram page a couple of times and was just advised it could take a bit longer.
I am incredibly intune with energy, so am incredibly surprised and somewhat disappointed that it has failed to live up to the hype.
I purchased in I think September or October 2024, so have give it plenty of time

Feeling left out in the cold
I would have loved to feel the difference with the grounding mat but due to my mat been delivered to the wrong address I was unable to get that experience what I am upset about is the lack of customer service which has made me extremely hesistand about ordering any thing like this again. I would think a big company like yours maybe should put more care in their customers.

Your order was marked as delivered by the carrier, and we did provide photos of the delivery; however, it appears the package was delivered to the wrong address, which I understand can be very upsetting. Unfortunately, once the carrier has marked the item as delivered, the situation is beyond our control.
We did offer you a replacement or refund, and you chose the refund option, which has been processed successfully. Joint Pain away
I have been using the mattress cover for about two weeks and I can say I am feeling the difference. My body doesn’t ache anymore. I play lots of golf and couldn’t play 3 days in a row. Now I have been able to do it without any achy joint pain specially on my elbows. Will write another feedback in a month and see if the achy pain is still gone.

I just thought I would give this a try and I'm so happy that I did
I have FND plus extra conditions including Osteoporosis. I fracture my vertebraes very easy and I am in constant pain. I was recommended downtoground by a stranger who had a stroke, she told me how good she felt after using the sheet. I took the chance and I was thinking maybe this doesn't work really but any pain relief and sleep would have to make me feel better..it really has made a huge difference to me. I wouldn't be without it now it's amazing. I definitely recommended trying it for yourself.
