I was a bit heitant after seeing others' review, so I didn't even order everything I would have, but all went fine, and I received the supplements in just a few days, all of them having expiry in/after 2027.
They have good prices, and wide selection of products

As many customers before, I got a bit nervous because of the very mixed reviews. I received the product, a Roche Posay sunscreen, after eight days, three days after the stated delivery date. Customer service replied instantely and explained the delivery process very well. So no complaint at all, taking into account the unmatched price. The tracking and emails from the supplier could be clearer though. Therefore just 4 stars.

Late delivery times - when I finally received my shampoo and conditioner - THEY SENT THE WRONG PRODUCTS!!!!

On top of this, one of the products was EXPIRED (more than 4 years old) conditioner. This site is a SCAM, STAY FAR AWAY.

The will probably write a generic answer below, but their support is not helping.

I have to admit, I was a little worried after reading some Trustpilot reviews, but I'm happy to report that my experience was fantastic! Yes, the shipping takes a little longer because it comes from elsewhere in Europe, but you honestly can't beat the price. If you're not in a huge rush, it's definitely worth the wait. Plus, the customer service team was incredibly kind and helpful. They were always available to assist and assured me that my package would arrive or I'd get a refund. So, if you're like me and have seen some negative feedback, don't let it deter you!

Great service and super fast delivery! I placed my order Saturday and it was already ready for pick-up on Wednesday. Super fast delivery with GLS and very happy with the products i’ve ordered. Definitely not a scam!

I placed an order on 10th of May, which was sent on the18th, and today the 23rd I had a message, that the packet can be collected at a pick up point.
I paid 50 kr to have the packet sent by DAO, and it went directly to the pick up point.
I am not satisfied!

They sent me the wrong item last wednesday, so i contacted them via. email, where they responded with saying that i had to take pictures of the item from all sides. I have not heard from them ever since via. email, so i phoned them 3 times (on different days), where all told me that the department of complaints will email me back, which they have not done yet.

I am very disappointed, as i would just like my money back - or the item i actually ordered...

- Received my order more than a week after making it. Also, I didn't get any info why. I had to call customer service but they were helpful.

The package did not arrive. The refund took over 3 months and dozens of emails. I definitely do not recommend..

I have placed an online order on 7 dec. and still haven't gotten it yet. No emails, no sms no any purchase conformation.

It is my first and my last time ordering from them.

I would not recommend ordering anything. I don't have my package, and don't have my money back. After placing order, the package was on it's way with dao.as. It arrived at the terminal in Erritsø. And after that it started to get back to the sender, and then lost. After a few phone calls and emails, I got absolutely nothing! Very bad experience. Will try to get my money back.

I ordered on Dec. 1, 2024. He promised delivery on Dec. 6, 2024. He thanked me profusely for the money, made a package number at the Dao company, and has been silent ever since. Dao only knows the package number, it has not received the package yet. This company does not respond to emails. That would have been a gift. Thanks for nothing. Never order from them! They look stupid.

One item is missing from the order and customer service hasn’t found a solution yet. Please don’t order from them, it seems like scam

I ordered 3 battles Italian Shampo. It arrived today with Dao... The company packed it perfect and carefully.... They put s tape over the battle not to lick.... I'm very satisfied..... Good and honest company and cheap... I will by more from them. The only minus were, that I got my orderonly today, the 27/11 and not after 2/3 days as they promised..... But I still give them 5 stars.... Great place to shop...

I have placed an online order about 10 days ago and still haven't gotten it yet. I received an email from them saying that they have technical issues , however I wanted to cancel the order so that i can order from a different store but there is no auch an option. It is my first and my last time ordering from them.

This is a SCAM compayny. They dont send the package and they dont answer the mails. I tried to cancel it 3 times now and get my money back, no answer.

Please stay away from theese scammers.

I made an order on the 25.10.24 , according to their online shop,the delivery should have taken 2 to 3 business days.I get a notification on the 27 that my package would be delayed,but it will arrive on 4.11.24! This is already 3 days delay,but I was willing to put up with that.Now , today on the 4th I call the delivery company and they said to me that they not even received the package from Makeup! When I called this online shop,the lady said to me that there were some delays to Denmark,and maybe I will receive my package on 7th ,or 8th November! Maybe..no notification in advance,no explanation no apologies, just like take it and show it kind of attitude! Never again I will order from them ,and I will advise others to do the same! I heard already shady things of them but this has cemented my opinion! From all the online stores,Notino,Deloox ,Parfumdreams etc. , Makeup sits at the bottom!
