Extremely unprofessional service and zero customer support
I placed an order on Parfumdreams’ website and was shown a message stating that delivery was not possible. Based on that information, I bought the product in a physical store instead.
Despite the message, Parfumdreams still shipped the order.
I contacted their customer service immediately, included a screenshot documenting the issue, and explained that the shipment happened due to a mistake on their side. I requested a free return, which is standard consumer rights in this situation.
They acknowledged the order number but then stopped responding entirely.
It has now been six weeks without a single reply, despite multiple follow-ups.
Ignoring customers for weeks on a simple return request is unacceptable. The lack of communication and responsibility is extremely unprofessional, and I cannot recommend Parfumdreams based on this experience.

Since my last order and complain here. The new package is finally back with postnord and they delivers to my house again. Thanks perfumdreams and please it keep it that way. They lose a star here only because there never wrap there items or put any padded fillers which affects the items’ quality
