My worst online shopping experience.

My worst online shopping experience.

I bought an expensive product that stopped working after 1 month of use.
I sent back the product to get the warranty. When I called them to use the warranty, the support hung to me multiple times, did not answer basic questions. I don't know if the woman I talked with did not understand what I was saying or made like she did not understand.
They lasted 2 months to send it back to me. They never told me what was happening with my product and just sent it back.
After using the warranty, it goes to only 2 months.
To sum up, I bought a product 6 months ago. I have only been able to use it for 1 month then I sent it and now that I have the product again it has only a 2 month warranty.

I saw the reviews before buying and thought that if things go well they will be no issue. Since the product I bought was from GHD I was confident of the quality. However they still managed to make this purchase a hell during multiple months.

Avoid this company at all costs, it's a scam

Missing items in my package

I received my order incomplete (I placed the order through the Belgium version of the e-shop, but the seller is the same). It was dispatched with UPS, and I was available at the delivery address, waiting for the package on the scheduled delivery day. UPS did not even bother to ring the bell. They left the package squeezed into our mailbox. By regularly checking the tracking information, I managed to retrieve the package about an hour after its delivery. It was damaged and taped back together. I opened the package only after taking several photos. Two out of the nine products I ordered were missing.

I notified Perfume's Club the same day, enclosing the pictures. To my surprise, they expected me to wait until their claim with UPS was resolved (implying it would be my problem if UPS denied any responsibility). We exchanged several emails because I was unwilling to accept their "not our problem" attitude. I ended the communication by stating that I was ready to escalate the issue to the European Consumer Centre. I also invoked my right of withdrawal for the missing products, i.e., I requested a return of the products via their website before the 14-day period ended.

Surprisingly, my refund was issued a few days later. I am not sure if they already had the outcome of the UPS claim, as they did not make any reference to it.

If you encounter the same problem with your delivery, don't give up after being turned down by Perfume's Club. The seller is responsible for any damage to an in-store order during delivery, even if the damage was caused by the courier. If the package is left at your doorstep, you did not even have a chance to refuse its receipt.

At the same time, I discourage you from choosing UPS as the delivery company. If you have any other option, go for it.

Packet was almost empty

Packet was very weak, really bad carton for perfumes.
Packet was open and perfumes were missing !
Customer service refused to refound and ask the transporter why it was opened ...

Be carefoul!!!

Thieves! Don't buy anything! I did not receive cosmetics and I did not receive a refund! They suggest choosing a delivery store that doesn't exist in Paris! Spanish thieves!! I reported the matter to the bank and the police.

I purchase from Perfume's Club since around ten years and everything is perfectly fine. Nothing to criticise. Thank you indeed.
