I have ordered regulary from this website.
So this time, I did as well.
I logged in, placed the order and received a confirmation with the request to pay.

I did so, got a confirmation I had paid but then...

They asked for my passport to verify I am the correct person!!! This is fishy! I will not send my details from my passport!!! They said I had to because they had fraudulent buyers... I answered I have bought before and they already have my details, so I am real and I don't want to send my passport. I asked them to refund: no answer!

I paid, so they know my account and then I should give them my passport?!? Then they can buy anything / close contracts in other shops!!!

So I think the company has a thief inside!!!

Please be aware.

I think I have lost my money, almost 100 Euro.

After some emails I didn't have to send my passport and received my order. I think I'm right and a fraudulent employee was active there.

Wow, such a horrible experience, while simply buying some Guerlain products, including a free pouch.

First of all, a friend of mine was making the payment. After a few days, nothing was sent to my email, so I emailed myself with the order number. Because the name and bill information did not match (I am
buying online for YEARS, and never had this issue, and yes, my friends also may use aliases sometimes), I had to email back and forth, for a confirmation that I indeed make a rightful purchase).

Then, there was nothing, because all my make up items were out of stock.

I agreed to the delay, but when it arrived, a month later, no free pouch (that was included in my payed deal) and my products were not to complete satisfaction.

I tried to call, so many times, but to no avail.

I will never buy from this online store again. Too much energy wasted for a very dubious customer service…..

Such a scam! Perfume never arrived and the tracking is fake. No answers on email nor messager. Links on site towards Facebook, Instagram etc are all non clickable. Same for Trustpilot. AVOID!

Let me start by saying that I’m not a fan of online shopping at all — I need to look, feel and smell the product before I decide whether to buy it or not. Online shopping is a cat in a bag, but I live in a place where if I wanted to buy a perfume it would take half a day to go to a shop, to choose a fragrance and return home, but the most important thing is that these perfumes are not available in my country in retail chains, only available at a few private owners or small boutiques that charge wild prices. So my decision as to this site, I guess, is understandable. But after reading negative reviews about the disgusting service, spoilt goods, delivery that takes many weeks and allegations that positive reviews were written by paid bots, I already regretted the order, but as they say “come what may”. I placed my order on Sunday, and when I still hadn't received confirmation on Tuesday morning that the company had received my money, I contacted customer service. They replied within 40 minutes and clarified the situation. This afternoon I have already received my parcel, although the delivery was initially scheduled after the 13th of August. I’m satisfied so far and recommend the company.

I ordered from them a 120 ml perfume which found that it is leaking when i opened it, it is been 2 weeks since i started contacting them by email but they totally neglected me.

I really don't advise anyone to purchase from them, they seems to be scammers as they neglected me while i have the right to have an aftersale customer service.

I ordered one perfume from your site, and the required amount, including delivery fees, was 21.36, but 44.47 was taken from my bank account .. and So far I have not received anything .

It's a fake. I have the real version of the perfume which is almost finished. I bought from Parfumdo coz it's less expensive, although i already had doubts exactly because of the price point but i chose the less expensive anyway. My doubts were confirmed when i received the perfume. The bottle and logo are far from the original! Unless you don't mind an imitation, don't waste your hard earn money from these fraudster! There are people who would be happy to buy imitations, you should just be honest of the inauthenticity of the products you're selling! You are earning money by doing a shoddy business! Disgusting! I should report this company to the brand and make them close your dishonest business!

I dicovered Parfumdo while looking for a perfume, that my wife wanted to buy. I found and bought it because the price was really attractive. The delivery was good in time, but the service of BRT was bad.

Placed my order on 13th Dec only to watch my Christmas gifts travel to a destination country and back to the sender due to collisimo unable to locate the address. My 5 yo niece had no issues with finding it on google maps... During this time I contacted parfumdo multiple times but almost total lack of replies only boosted my frustration. They told me to chase this with their courier. Bunch of clowns, both them and the courier. Terrible experience.
