Long story shot...
I ordered from Ponziracing crankshaft and torque spring and I'm from Latvia! They were responding to every email/instagram text I wrote to them. Package came in +- 14 days since the day I ordered it! Almost 1 week it took for them to pack it and ship out, because of alot of orders incoming which I saw on Instagram story of them. And now it came, everything new and carefuly packed and just no problems with it!
I don't know about other people who have ordered from them and what has happened but I just wanted to share my experience with yall!

I strongly advice using credit card payment because in case something happens, you can get refund through your bank.
P.S. I ordered 27th April and got it 10th may!!!

I have been waiting for 1 year for mirrors worth more than 70 euros, I still have not received the parts and I have not received a refund, although the parts are marked available in stock on the website.
I strongly advise against Ponziracing, they are just thieves!

The product is good and good price the have all the parts you need but the only minus is that the shipping took 20-20 days and I paid 40€ for Express shipping so if they make shipping faster it’s a 5 start

Ordering process went smooth BUT....
They never respond to emails, they cant give you exact day when they are going to ship your goods, overall just lousy company and management. If you are gonna order something and risk it from them, order via paypay. It is more likely that you are going to get your money back if they mess up your order or if they do not ship it in 9 days (even though it says order processing time "2 days") and then you lose your patience and want to cancel and get your money back

I was not informed before sending the order that the part I needed was not available. I noticed it when the order reached me. My motorcycle waited for this part for 15 days and will wait for another order process. Ponzi Racing is not a serious company. It is hard to trust after this.

After i asked for a refund they send the same message all the time saying that if i want a refund it will take 14 working days but it has been 3 months already.

I don't know about the many negative comments, but my delivery arrived in like 1 month later, I made the order start of April like 4th. I don't have anything negative to say since it came from Italy to Portugal and they didn't have it is stock they waited for it to come from from a factory maybe that's why it took longer, they notified me about every move and when it will arrive ext then it was sent to GLS, I wrote this with 4 stars so that you won't think it's another fake bought comment, if I'm honest I thought I also got scammed since I only checked after buying, I bought a very specific brake disc Wich only they had in stock and it's exactly as they said, I'm just writing my own experience I don't know anything about the other very negative comments where the delivery doesn't arrive ext ext, take care

Soltanto perso tempo, dopo l'ordine abbiamo ricevuto un rimborso via paypal che richiede 4 giorni perchè a detta del venditore il prezzo non era corretto. Dopodichè ci accorgiamo che alla mail di richiesta di disponibilità a magazzino ci aveva re inviato un link col prezzo aggiornato che purtroppo non abbiamo aperto perchè avevamo l'ordine pronto da pagare. Poteva avvisare prima di effettuare il rimborso e forse avremmo trovato un'accordo. TOTALE PERDITA DI TEMPO.

Just a waste of time, after the order we received a refund via PayPal which takes 4 days because according to the seller the price was incorrect. Then we realized that the email requesting stock availability had sent us a link with the updated price which unfortunately we didn't open because we had the order ready to pay. He could have advised before making the refund and perhaps we would have found an agreement. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME.

stocks of imaginary, fictitious parts simply after you pay for the product you are informed that it is not in stock and then it takes 3 weeks to get your money back

Ordered a in stock speedometer, after a couple of weeks and they still hadnt shipped it yet, i contacted them and they didnt have it in stock and wanted me to buy something else. I demanded a refund and a week went and still no refund. Contacted them again and they said the same thing again but this time i told them harsly that i wanted a refund. They told me to wait for 14 days and there refund department would contact me. Now a month later still bo refund. Scam company.

Bought an exhaust for my scooter the delivery took over 6 months and when it finally arrived the exhaust looked like a tractooor had driven over it😡

I "bought" some stuff for a month, but nothing.
Only an invalid tracking number.
I didn't buy, I donated:-))
Very smart site:
- You can pay by paypal,
- they have social media with -not to old- contents,
- not to cheep, some parts sold out
- also parallel sites: .it, .com, .es, .fr etc.
So, if you going to try them, use paypal and small amount.

Super shop. Great customer service

Never transfer money to them, as they won't send you anything, just steal your money and don't answer to you. Considering the reviews on Trustpilot, all the 5 star reviews are paid reviews and they're also threatening customers who write bad reviews about them.
My story: I didn't receive my order after like a month now, but when I made the order, the site stated the product as "available", after that they said they don't have in stock and no info about the arrival. I still didn't get any info, they didn't even answer a few questions. Now I'm trying to get my money back or get any info on the arrival, but no success. As I messaged them to send my money back, they wrote me that it takes 14 working days/3 weeks to send it back (unbelievably long) and I read a review that the customer didn't receive the money after 3 weeks. I also wrote a review here and on Trustpilot with my story, then they threatened me, if I don't remove it, they won't send me anything. After that, I removed it and wrote them, if I don't receive my money back by the end of this week, I'll re-post it with the whole story, attaching their threatening email and they didn't even answered so here's the review. These thieves should learn what customer service is, if they consider themselves as a webshop.

TERRIBLE COMPANY

Sent me a differentchepaer product than what i ordered on the website.
Sent them an email, no contact.
Openen a case with paypal, no response.
Excalated the case to have paypal dicide, which they did in my favor. They still owe me the return shipping costs, not going to bother going after that with these incapable clowns. Whole proces took 6 weeks and not once did they do anything at all to resolve the problem or even sent me a message.

Everyone can make misstakes, but not dealing appropriately with them is what causes getting 1 star reviews.

Also, most of their 5 star feedback looks fake / bought!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM PONZIRACING!
On 23/01/2023 I made a purchase from their online store for 608.17€ while they said on their website that the spare parts I paid for were available when they took my money they put my order on hold due to non-availability of a spare part ( 843517 which you still see available on their website ) and waiting for the spare part from their supplier. When I asked for my money back on 14/02/2023 after 22 days of still waiting for the part to arrive from their supplier, they told me that I have to wait 14 days i.e. 3 weeks for an invoiced order (it is very strange how they invoiced the order since they haven't the spare part) I told them that I would wait the 14 days. The 14 days have passed, I send them a message again because my money has not entered my account, and their answer is that they do not know and that it is now a matter for the RC office, I ask them to give me an answer about when they will return the money to me and I'm still waiting until today. But they still have the specific spare part 843517 available WHY ? DRAW THE CONCLUSION YOURSELF .

ps. i will inform when they return my money.

As I told you, I will inform you about the development of my matter..... so until today 15/5/202 the specific company unfortunately has disappeared in as many messages as I have sent them, but I am happy that I got my money back because I had payment by card and my bank was able to take it from them, but if I had deposited the money into their account, things would have been very difficult, almost impossible to take them back
