It was a birthday gift from my son. I tried to book an attraction, it was available on the date in question, I had to pay an additional £10, which was taken immediately from my bank. They just cancelled the attraction without any explanation and as yet, nearly 2 weeks later have not refunded my money, they don't even bother to respond to emails, of course no telephone number available. AVOID THIS COMPANY. Also know as Wonderbox-Connect

This should’ve been a zero rating. This is an absolutely shocking company and a complete scam. I bought a Tottenham Stadium tour for my husband for Christmas. My daughter went online to book the tickets. Ticknbox charged me an extra £10. we didn’t receive any confirmation of booking or were not able to download the tickets. That was no way of contacting them except by email and wonder box said that they had no recollection or records of our booking. because of this I have lost £68 and had to go through Tottenham website itself to be able to get tickets. I recommend that nobody ever buy these gift boxes through Amazon.

The inability to activate a box without proof of purchase when the item was a gift. The fact that lack of technical capabilities are passed to the client is appalling.

Absolutely shocking. My child’s dad paid £160 for Leeds tickets via tick n box (from Amazon) for 2 people for Christmas. Bearing in mind I could have bought 2 Leeds tickets myself via the Leeds website for under £100!!. I have tried to book their tickets on tick n box today so she can use her Xmas present only to be hit with a payment of £178 when going to check out!! That’s removing the £160 the gift card was for too! What the hell? Absolute rip off and this site should not be allowed to sell this, ruining a child’s present and earning a total heap of money for something they won’t be using due to the extra cost.
I will be finding a contact at Leeds along with a contact in Amazon and reporting this company

Absolutely ridiculous. Partner paid £160 for Leeds ticknbox for 2, tickets for Leeds are around £45, when trying to book with this they want £344 per ticket for a standard game, knocking off the £160, they want an extra £528, total rip off, DO NOT PURCHASE. Partner just checked Amazon the price for this box has now gone up to £299 WTF

Goodness me - please do not buy this box for football games. There will be an up charge for all games and none are classed as standard where Leeds Utd are concerned. An absolute con!! Camille absolutely no help from online customer service chat and several emails have gone unanswered

I would give zero stars if I could. This is a terrible gift. It’s impossible to get seats on most dates a year in advance. The ticket prices are inflated and actual seat selections are not good! Avoid purchasing this at all costs! It’s almost a year since I was given this as a gift and I still can’t get good seats for a Broadway show. Finally the cost of the Wonderbox does not cover the cost of two tickets. You will have to pay more for orchestra seats.

This is a scam I did what I was supposed to and then it will not let me watch ads to get rewards I've watched over100 videos and still will not let me cash out.and someone else's photo is on my profile

This is a scam. Just buy your ticket straight from the website instead of Groupon. Even when I'm purchasing the tickets the seats are changing. I reached out to customer service. I was told this is because other people purchased the tickets. When I look on the Broadway the seats for that same showtime and date are available. So the Groupon purchase said the sale was for 2 tickets but you ticknbox says no it's not.Groupon and Ticknbox are in this together scamming people. Customer service is a waste of time. Since October 7, 2024 I kept trying to buy the tickets.

Top, du beau temps, des attractions sympa, pas beaucoup de monde donc peu d’attente ! En plus on apprend des choses.

Rapide, on choisit, on coche, on met le code, on choisit le lieu, la date, le couchage ou non, on paie ou pas, on imprime! c'est fini!

what a horrible website and buying experience. plus after I bought four tickets they only sent me the QR code for two. they say their customer service is only open three hours in the morning Monday through Friday. Very difficult website to use with the voucher and they are giving me $69 tickets face value for the price of $99. Should have bought through the website directly of the show.

I wish I had come and seen the reviews before I purchased this off Groupon. What a mess, can’t contact anybody at this company, they don’t have a number, they don’t respond on live chat and they don’t respond to email. This was supposed to be a treat for my daughter but it’s ruined now because I have no way of using the voucher and no-one is responding to me.

Tick'nBox does everything possible to get your money without providing the service they promise. I was gifted some credit with them to get Disneyland tickets. When I went to get the box, I was notified that the credit I had was not enough and I had to pay an additional 30 euros. I did so. Then I went to book the tickets and it turned out they were 44 euros less than the credit I now had. When I contacted them to ask why they had requested I add another 30 euros when it was absolutely not necessary, they just responded that I could use that credit for another experience on their website, something I'm not interested in. Then I had personal issue come up and I could no longer go on the chosen dates. On my tickets it says they can be cancelled up to 3 days before. I wrote multiple times (as they have no other way of contacting them) and never got a response. I have now lost the tickets and have some extra credit with a website that feels like a scam to get your money. Terrible customer service and zero accountability.

This site is obviously a scam. we have been trying to order tickets we received from family as a Xmas gift. We’ve been trying to order tickets but the website is non-operable. Even the “contact us” form doesn’t work. Keep your cool and DON’T BE A FOOL!!
