I have tried to get in touch with customer services and have not had any reply from them.

It’s been 3 month since I placed an order , even on tracking stated order should be arriving by end of November, but still waiting on it, can’t talk to customer service advisor just robot. Deeply disappointed.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I ordered a Sintered Stone kitchen island which cost £1300. Once the payment was sent they blocked me and my wife from accessing their website and app, it says "This site can't be reached, www homary . coms DNS address could not be found" so it would not let us track the order, cancel the order, speak to someone or view anything on their website. Website worked perfect up until they recieved the £1300 payment and then they decided to block what seems to be my IP address from accessing their website. They also do not reply to emails or Instagram DMs. Everything looks legitimate on the website too but DO NOT BE FOOLED and make the same mistake I did. Im currently trying to get my money back but it is an absolute nightmare.

This company seems sketchy. I ordered a very large kitchen island which was shipped from China (6 weeks delivery time). Rather than contacting me to arrange a convenient delivery date, the delivery company (DX couriers) emailed me the day before to say they were delivering the next day. I wasn't going to be home and so requested another date. They offered me one other date which didn't work and told me that they can only hold the goods for 7 days. So I told them to return to sender as I couldn't accept delivery in that time (For a very large item like this these things take some coordination!). On the day that I told them not to deliver, DX tried to deliver it anyway and were about to leave it on my doorstep (I could see through Ring doorbell), until I told them I didn't accept delivery. I then watched the delivery guy throw one of the large boxes back into the van, probably damaging what's inside. In the meantime, the Homary customer service is really poor. They take ages to respond, are not at all proactive, and only seem to care about getting a delivery signature (even if that means leaving wood furniture in the street/rain), so I've actioned a refund via my credit card. Thankfully I have Ring doorbell footage to prove what happened. I'd avoid this company and also be suspicious of all the positive reviews here as I've seen a Reddit thread that is full of negative reviews. If you're in UK, stick with companies that have a UK presence for furniture items, it's just not work the hassle using a company like this even if their prices might be cheaper....

This has been one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had. The item arrived clearly damaged, and even after sending photos and multiple messages, the company refused to issue a refund or take any responsibility. They said I can return the product but I have to support the return costs.
Their customer service is absolutely unacceptable — unresponsive, dismissive, and completely unwilling to help. It feels like once they have your money, you’re on your own.
I’m now stuck with a broken product and no support. I strongly warn others: avoid this company unless you’re prepared to fight for even the most basic level of customer service.

Our experience with Homary has been extremely disappointing, and we would strongly advise others not to order from this company. After placing our order, we waited seven weeks for a replacement mirror, only to receive it broken once again. This is the second time the product has arrived damaged.
The slow delivery, inadequate packaging, and lack of proper quality control make the purchasing experience very unreliable. We are therefore requesting a full refund and will no longer accept any replacement or alternative options.

I had a problem with an item I bought, so I got into the chat and was speaking with a guy call young. He was very helpful and patient as my WiFi wasn’t working to add to the problems. He was very kind telling me there was no rich and to take my time. It wasn’t a problem to him. Anyway the problem got solved thank goodness. 😊

Ordered a chair which arrived with a huge chunk of veneer missing from the leg. Filled out the returns form over a week ago and have made three phone calls. Requested a refund and still no returns label. Apparently the returns is handled from Hong Kong. Fobbed off of every call.

Purchased a sofa and pouffee from this company on 11 August. They gave an estimated date of delivery between 10 - 17 September. They spending the exact date of delivery to be 16 September. I took the day off work to wait. It didn't arrive despite calling them at 2pm and they confirmed it would be delivered that day. I then got a message saying it would be delivered the following day. I want talking the day off work again. I arrived home after work and it wasn't delivered anyway. Checked the delivery update and it was still out for delivery. It didn't arrive. I called them again on 19th and the staff hadn't a clue where the order was they'd looked around and said they'd get back to me. That night a neighbour from a few streets away knocked on my door and said a guy had been round dropped my sofa at his front door and when my neighbor told him he didn't know this person (me) the delivery guy wrote his personal number on the box and said if you've any trouble finding him call me.
So now that I have the sofa this is where the problem begin. I opened up the sofa and pouffee as they are vacuum packed. All sponge sofa. I leave it for 4 days to get to it's original size the company actually recommended just a few hours for this. However the corners on mine are sunken, they're supposed to be straight from corner to corner then a curve for the corners however mines starts from the middle and gotta on a slow decline towards the corners. I contacted Homary and after me replying immediately and them taking between 3 days and 12 days to reply to each email they ask me to upload a video to their site in order for then to see. On 18 October I'd already sent photos and explained I couldn't upload a video as it kept failing to upload but I could do a video call. Since then I heard nothing back from Homary. They make it as difficult as possible in the after sales for their customers.
Do not shop with this company. Even trust pilot has said Homary ask for favourable reviews in methods that trust pilot doesn't support. So that speaks volumes.
Update: Homary asked for my order details to resolve the issue, I replied immediately. It's been 5 days and they never got back to me. I reiterate, don't waste time and money with this company

I ordered a sink vanity unit and a mirror cabinet as a set, the sink was delivered pretty fast but the mirror was delivered about 12 weeks later, when it did arrive it was a different colour to the set I bought.
When the electrician came to install he wouldn’t install the mirror cabinet as this was 240v all wired up with bell wire that had exposed contacts that was unsafe.
When I contacted homary they said get it all packaged in the original packaging on a pallet, I mean I had neither of these, and when delivered they wasn’t on a pallet.
They told me I would need to purchase a pallet to send back.
The quality of the furniture is very poor, it must be stored in a cold warehouse as it was all out of shape when built. Even the sink where it’s painted in a white ceramic glaze paint hadn’t even covered properly as you could see through it to. I don’t know it’s just a cheap shop with a good website, as they say all fur coat and no nickers. Would never buy from here again

Bought a coffee table in July, a few months later the screws worked loose, my husband fixed it but now all 4 screws have worked loose and seem too small, the table extends by lifting the top so it's now useless, live chat were no use they just insisted they needed the order number which I don't have, I have the invoice and PayPal proof but they won't accept that, I only want replacement parts for my £329 table
Response from them below is again asking for the order number which I have said repeatedly I don't have, I keep copies of everything Electrical but didn't think I would need to for a table
