Challenging process, fair resolution in the end
After a complicated back-and-forth with support — including multiple contradictory explanations — my case was finally reviewed directly by senior staff, including Matej and Daniel from Upcomers.
My funded account has now been activated, and I appreciate that the situation was ultimately resolved.
However, I want to be transparent for future traders:
the initial process was confusing and inconsistent, and it caused unnecessary stress even though I had followed all published rules and completed the evaluation properly.
That said, once higher-level staff got involved, communication became clearer and the issue was resolved fairly. I hope the company continues improving internal consistency so other traders don’t face the same uncertainty.
For now, I’m satisfied that everything is working properly.

I will write this review for the second time please best on my experience with upcomers they are good but there support is very annoying it takes much time before they get back to you
I sent an email to them seeking for there help as I pass my challenge and I'm having issue with the verification,I don't have any other documents except Digital NINS that's only one I have and they do not accept it but they can manually did the verification as I encountered the same problem with other prop firm and when I talked to their staff they asked me to send my picture holding the NINS and bank statements with I did and within 24 hours they manually did the verification for me and send me a message that your verification is successful completed now
But with upcomers nothing happens I keep sending an email to them but they did not fix the issue,And why do will you not accept NIN is there a different with National ID I don't know and it will take much more time before someone that don't have it to get it should I be waiting for a long time may be 6 month before I get it please help

Problems at first, but Amazing in the end.
Everything started with me wanting to buy a challenge from Upcomers because there was -90% Discount for Black Friday. I was thinking for a long time. I asked the AI Assistant about their rules in terms of required trades in a given time period to keep the account active and not causing any violations of the rules.
I wanted to buy the account then and wait for some period of time before starting to trade on the challenge so I can improve my skills before that, giving me a greater chance to pass.
I wanted their Chatbot to confirm that I can wait indefinitely before placing the first trade. And the Chatbot confirmed that. So I went ahead and bought a 50k challenge. After that I went on Discord and started to chat with other Upcomers customers and one of their support members.
Then I actually found out that I CANNOT WAIT INDEFINITELY BEFORE PLACING MY FIRST TRADE. And for me not to violate any rules I have to place a trade every 35 days. Which means I WAS MISLEADED by their AI assistant.
Also at that time the firm was having a terrible overload in their system because of the significant increase in their purchases because of Black Friday offer.
They were having multiple problems. Mostly with support and platform dashboard.
Honestly then I felt pretty scammed.
But then I started contacting support through email as it was the only available option at the time. I brought up my issue to them.
Long story short - after the overload was fixed, everything came back to normal and the process became lightning fast and pleasant.
After many difficulties with solving my issue after they finally got back on their legs by fixing every issue they had, everything suddenly started to work again.
Response times got almost instant. I solved my issue in no time.
I had 2 choices. To go for a refund or for a compensation and continuing with this prop firm. After I saw the giant improvements they made on the platform and I was assured that the problems they had were only temporary because of the overload, I went with option 2. I demanded a compensation. They responded quickly and offered me a FREE CHALLENGE AS A COMPENSATION. After that they asked me on which platform I wanted to receive it. I chose my platform and then I received my compensation. My initial purchase was a 50K challenge and I received a 25K challenge as a compensation. I am so pleased with Upcomers! Not only that they realised the issue, but they honoured my case and realised that it was on them.
Recently I took some trades to test things out and the dashboard has been completely fixed. Dashboard 2.0 as they call it, is amazing. Results show up instantly and the dashboard is really LIVE.
They took it seriously and fair. So grateful for the approach they went with regarding my case! Thank you Upcomers!

I got caught in the shuffle. I had a delayed payout but the staff had let those of us know that they had a surge of new clients and had fallen behind drastically. They did give me my payout eventually. Would've rated them higher had I not gotten caught in that surge.

Disappointing experience due to lack of transparency
My experience with this company has been very disappointing. At the start, it was communicated that there were no additional rules and that the only requirement was to reach the target within a limited time frame. After successfully completing that objective, I was informed that certain rules had allegedly not been followed — rules that were never clearly stated beforehand.
I also experienced significant delays in communication. In one case, I received a response only after a week and a half, and in general, replies take two to three days. This makes it very difficult to resolve issues in a timely manner.
