Fantastic customer experience
Fantastic customer experience. Two items we ordered were not as we expected from the images, but the customer support handled the matter very professionally. They organised a pick up quickly and were very responsive. In addition, there was a small problem with the reimbursement and they fixed it immediately. This type of customer experience is what makes one trust a company and keep buying from them. Granit, the customer support agent, was very professional and kind. I really recommend the shop!

Weswting arranged a pickup to return a couch we bought via PostNL Home. Unfortunately, the drivers left a deep scratch in our new wooden floors, which will leave permanent damage. When I called Westwing to complain, they didn't care and just told me I needed to take care of this myself with PostNL. They did not take any responsibility or empathise with the situation. Very bad service.

Completely in shock with the costumor…
Completely in shock with the costumor service of westwing netherlands. Planning to buy some of the lamps. Since the article specifics are not explicit enough I tried to get in touch with costumor service. For 5 days on a roll waiting, calling, receiving false promises and even laughs but no measurements.

unassembled expensive dressoir
It said that the dressoir would be assembled delivered but after seeing 2 boxes, it's like an IKEA dressoir which I have to assemble myself (more then 100 screws). After complaining, they only reimbursed me for €50 which I believe is rather low. I could also return but re-packing was even more hassle. Looking at the price I believe they should assembled it and €50 is really a laugh looking at the time (2 people for at least 2 hours) it took to assemble it. Honestly I will never buy from them with this service as prices are too high for what you get.

Weeks waiting for refund…
After receiving the item order I decided I wanted to return it. It seems this head a big fuss as I had to go 3 times to the post office since Westwing couldn’t provide a return labels. After sorting that out and sending back the product, it’s already been three weeks that I’m waiting for the refund. Every time I message the customer service a very nice reply comes immediately saying they had issues in their system b ur the refund is processed and will arrive within 3-5 working days. I’m still messaging and requesting the refund as this doesn’t seem to end…

Amazing customer experience
Amazing customer experience.
At first, it was very difficult to deal with them, and there were condescending emails written towards me, but it was eventually taken care of and we had our items delivered in the most perfect condition possible. I cannot argue with the quality of their products and the aesthetics to them, truly a remarkable experience. It also helps that they deliver most things almost entirely finished, so you don't have to go through agonizing hours of building a complicated and boring lego piece.

Scammer. You don't receive your order nor your refund
I have ordered cushions for my couch in Nov 2024. They didn't proceed with shippment for a few days so I just cancelled the order. The cancellation confirmation states that I will get refund within a few days but guess what, it is now in mid Jan 2025 and they still didn't refund. So they don't deliver your order and also don't give your money back. This website is a scam.

The return policy is awful
The return policy is not full, they ask to put inside return slip, but you can't find it ANYWHERE and also CS doesn't response for weeks! so annoying and frustrating!

Wish I could give a 0-star.
After 2 months they finally closed my complaint, which could have easily be closed within a week. They blame it to technical systems but there service desk is a big mess. They don't communicate and are uncapable to solve any issue by themselves.
Now they promised me to pay me back my money already two weeks ago, still no money, no communication, nothing.
I want my money back!!!

Bad quality
I bought a duvet cover from the website, the color was beautiful but unfortunately the quality of the 100% cotton is very bad!! I paid 80€ (a part the cover of the pillow) for “sandpaper” even after washing I spent half hour to try to make it smooth but I worked almost for nothing! I’m sorry but was money wasted!

Never received my order and only half refund
I placed an order on westwing NL on October 8th, but as of November 1st, I still haven’t received it. I’ve reached out several times via phone, email, and Instagram with no effective response.
Your team advised me to contact PostNL, but they confirmed they never received the package. When I called back, I was told only to “wait patiently” without any clear plan for resolving the issue. This has been incredibly frustrating, as I have no clarity on the status of my order.
They refunded half of the money on November 8, a month later, and I am still waiting for the other half as of today, November 18. It has been 10 days with no update.
This was the worst customer experience I've ever had.
