Possibly the poorest support I've encountered thus far
Bought a PPHP844B Wireless BT Loudspeaker with built in rechargeable battery.
Out of the box, the sound is very tinny and needs alteration, fortunately there is an EQ button, unfortunately there are no instructions on how to activate and change the settings.
Contacted their support online to wait for nearly 30 minutes to not get a response,
A poor enquiries website, which roughly every three minutes insisted I verified myself as human! Whilst I appreciate that I, like so many extra terrestrials, change our physical state frequently, we normally stay in one or the other for a minimum of 20 minutes...
Poor quality product (so far, I am happy to be proven wrong).
Not my first dalliance with US support offerings, but by far the worst so far.

Bought a reciever from this company and the mics quit working they no longer have the mics so you have to purchase a new reciever I don’t recommend this company at all and it takes them weeks to get back to you

Seems great!
I definitely didn’t measure my ceiling correctly and had to order more extensions, but now that I have it correctly set up it feels strong and safe and I think I’m very happy with it! The site was easy to use and had great prices! It was easy to set up and came in a nice small box that was easy to carry!

The cost to return the product was half…
The cost to return the product was half of what is cost the unit was alittle over 200.00 dollars, and it cost me 100.00 to ship it back because I can not use it.
That is extremely bad business and at this point I will never recommend your store, unless you make it right.

Your product sounds great. The mounting system sucks. Maybe a hose clamp setup to fit many sizes of bar?
The United States does not have a floor…
The United States does not have a floor flange kit for this brand of toilet 🚽 so I had to send it back.

Products that work new out of box still wilnot work and need a new one or money back ....
The radio will not work new out of box I need a new one or a refund all I got now is a pretty paper weight when txt support thay wanted to charge me a membership fee I don't want to be a member ...I need the product to work so I need a new one sent or a refund I will not except anything less very disappointed the way it is now

The guitar was nice for the price but...
The guitar was nice for the price, what I didn't like was there's only one knob for the strap, not one by the neck. Tying the front strap on the neck is ridiculous. Would it have cost that much more to just add one. The strap was very flimsy also.
