The collar and app work well
The collar and app work well. The app is user friendly and easy to navigate.
Collars are OK, Company has questionable Integrity.
The reliability of the collar is ok. We have a large piece of property in saturated cell market, there are no dead zones, but the collars continuously struggle to stay connected. My dogs aren't looking to stray too far so it isn't a big deal in my situation.
The material of the strapping on the collars isn't great, it is too rigid and develops fatigue cracks quickly in the cold.
There is no phone number to call for service, but the email address is very quick to respond. They are replacing the straps on my collars as a "courtesy."
The most critical thing I want to point out on this review is when offering to replace the pieces they would only ship it for free if I left a 5 star review. To me that calls into question the integrity of this entire company. I paid the shipping myself and want other people to beware of the reviews as I am confident some others may not have felt the same revulsion about that that I did.

Collar falls apart with no customer service! Within weeks two screws fell out they want $10 to replace! Are you kidding $400 collar and it works less than three weeks? Seriously poor customer service you call and get recordings that hang up on you.
Outstanding Customer Support
The technology works really good and is more accurate than similar technology that I have tried. The customer support team is very responsive and willing to help. My recent experience with a collar that was chewed through they guided me to a replacement and gave me tips on how to protect the equipment in the future.

The right collar
I had spent two days looking for the right collar for my lab and I decided on Satellai. Features of the product for the price point is what finally made me choose satellai. I was needing an accessory package for it and their customer service got with me within 24 hours and solved the problem. Can’t wait to see how it works at the mountain cabin. Will let you know.
I love this collar
I love this collar! It is super easy to use and the app is wonderful. The only issue I have had with it is that I lost my charger. When I reached out to customer service that were so helpful and sent me a link. It took only a few minutes to talk to a real person.

Collars were to big for dogs, contacted customer support and they quickly gave us advise and instructions to fix the problem. Now the collars fit perfect. I researched several collars before deciding on this company and I am glad I chose this collar. Hopefully I will not have any issues but if one comes up, I have no doubt that their customer service will promptly resolve the problem. Would buy again and recommend this collar to anyone that ask.

Customer service was very prompt and helpful, collar has been very useful, the gps is surprisingly accurate and it has been a great aid in keeping track of our dogs here on the farm, the ability to set boundaries within boundaries is great and has made it to where we can let them roam the entire 100 acres while still keeping them away from the pond and livestock
My pup is on the smaller side
My pup is on the smaller side. So I had to change how our collar goes on her. We lost a screw and I was so afraid we would have a useless collar. But they sent me a new screw completely free. Great support
WORST SERVICE SUPPORT EVER + BAIT & SWITCH
IS *ZERO* STARS AN OPTION???
I have ONE Dog. Most of these collars allow multiple collars or dogs on ONE plan (The Satellai plan in $10 a month). The Satellai is not a bad product, however there is a one-to-one plan with each collar. Than means, in addition to EXTRA $500 collars, you have to buy EXTRA plans at $10 each. $120 a Year Per Dog.
Remember, each collar needs to be chargedOFF THE DOG (with their special proprietary cable BTW) so when the collar is charging, I guess your dog is running in the street, or at least shitting in the house.
I called the (I don't give a shit) Satellai support, and they said "tough luck". I then arranged to return my order and I have to wait for "approval" then I PAY the shipping.
Amazon, this is not.
**** UPDATE ****
Thisall started this morning I ordered an extra collar so I would have one while the other was charging.
(I had just received my initial order)
IMMEDIATELY after I ordered it I realized that I had to buy TWO PLANS for my ONE DOG.
I immediately called your support and told her to cancel my order.
She had me wait on the phone about five minutes and came back and TOLD ME MY ORDER WAS CANCELLED.
She then told me I would "soon receive an email".
I NEVER DID.
I just checked on my order and it says that it has been SHIPPED.
Not only are their support people incompetent, but her attitude was "I don't give a damn" re my problem.
I also asked her to send me and RMA number for my original order because I need a 24/7 solution for my dog.
Now I have to pay to return the stuff that
THEY TOLD ME THEY CANCELLED.
NOTE: After doing some research, I have determined that EVERY REVIEW of STELLAI on YouTube is a PAID Product Placement. There is no way that any legit reviewer would not mention that you MUST PAY $120 a year PER DOG *and* $500 for every collar.

Great collar
Been using the collar for a few weeks now and love it
Faulty collar
We got our collar on 10/23. We didn’t have it but MAYBE 2 weeks and the collar ripped in half. We have it rigged to stay together. The screws holding it together keep falling off. We spent half a morning looking for the collar because the screws came undone and the collar fell off. The app doesn’t always work either. Half the time we use it, there’s either connection or Bluetooth issues. The collar also has a mind of its own. It will randomly whistle and shock my dog repeatedly. The last time it happened, it whistled at and shocked my dog EIGHT times before I was able to get to him and get it off and another 4 times before we could get the collar turned off (which can only be done in the app). The times it works is great but, not worth it for when it doesn’t.
