I can not check the current status of my finished reservation and details of the trip at any time. I haven't profile or account. Written questions to the agency wait a long time for answer.

TRENDTOURS sent me a post mail some weeks ago. Sent them my bank Information and all the Details they need.
Send them Emails for my bank information and so they could send the rest of the Money whicv I paid on our July vacation.After few weeks, no Money in my Account. Today, I received again a post mail from Trendtours asking my bank account information. I know you guys recieved my email and my post mail as my post mail was sent with signature. So I could tracked where my Post Mail went. How many emails and post mails of my bank information I need to sent so I could get my money????
PEOPLE, PLEASE BE AWARE THAT TRENDTOURS TEAM HAVE THE POOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEVER AGAIN!!!

2 bus tours this year: on the first tour, the bus picked us up 4 hours too late. We all stood out in the cold and waited,. Finally, in hour 2, Trendtours BEGAN to contact the group! They apparently didn't have ANY of our telephone numbers(???).
The second trip: the bus ran out of gas, for OVER an hour, on the
highway heading home.
Was always a loyal Trendtours customer because the tours are good. Seems like the entire office work/service at Trendtours, is in 2025 deserving of 3 STARS.

The travel was like it was offered and also the area of "tip" was in Front of all communicated. The local tourguide Mohammed (exotic touristik) was brillant. I Made this Kind of travel now The 3rd time ....but this guy has a brain like a computer.
It was clear for us that this travel is not like "on the beach" sometimes 3 o clock wack up to travel to abu simbel....but all was reporter before....so no surprise.
The Ship ....comes into age, but always clean. The Staff always helpful and friendly

We traveled to Egypt in May.
The worse part of the experience: the Trinkgeld (Tipping), which was supposed to be a choice was obligatory, and there was extera obigatory tips, We paid 65 Euro per person, 30 of it was not mentioned at all, and 35 was mentioned as not obligatory!
There is another company in Egypt that is the partner of trendtours. Everything in Egypt is organized by them and they are not as organized as in Europe. The plan changed a lot, and was very packed some days. In Cairo and Giza, it could be much better. The visit to the Pyramids and Sphinx was too short, but we spent a lot of time inside Cairo which was not pleasant at all.
There was also tour offers which was not in the plan, for extra charge (like the Islamic district), they could prolong the Pyramid visit instead. I think they wanted to sell tours and benefit.
After reaching Luxor, the plans were better, (mainly by the ship plans not the company).
