Extremely disappointed with this company’s service. My order has been delayed for weeks with zero proactive communication. I had to keep chasing them for updates, and even then, I only received vague promises that the parts would “arrive soon.”
When I asked to cancel the order due to the long delay, they refused, despite not fulfilling their end on time. Their response was to “wait patiently” or go buy the parts myself — absolutely unacceptable for a paid order.
This experience shows a complete lack of professionalism, responsibility, and respect for customers’ time. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this company.

We ordered a sofa which stated 1-2 weeks delivery. After 4 weeks we still had no update, the sofa was being ordered through another company - Kaiser Moebel. Anytime we had questions Xlutz sent us their way and didn’t answer anything. We finally got an update that the sofa would be delivered. It took 4 weeks longer than originally stated. Sofa colour was different than we thought and we are sending the sofa back. Again, all this has to be done through their supplier. Very poor experience, I won’t be ordering from them again and I would advise anyone else to avoid, they are very quick to state it’s not their issue.

# never again! Ordered a schrank in February. Delivered and assembled 6 weeks later. Defective parts. Another 7 weeks the work team brought the needed part. Assembled but had further assembly problems and missing 1 shelf. Shelf arrived 3 weeks later. A disaster. German Quality is a joke.

there is a vast and various offer, but the service is really bad. We ordered one bed online and one table at a shop: the order placed online is 4 weeks delayed and still counting, for the one bought at the shop we received an email to fix a delivery date but the website to do so is ''currently not working'' (i've been trying to fix the delivery for at least two weeks now)

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. After reporting issues with a mattress bought from their store in April 2024, I spent nearly six months trying to get any meaningful support from XXXLutz. Emails and calls went unanswered, and on multiple occasions, staff abruptly ended phone calls or claimed poor connections. Despite several written notices, they almost arranged the pick-up from my old address.
I ended up contacting the manufacturer directly to resolve the issue. I won’t buy anything from XXXLutz again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking for reliable post-sale support.

I almost had to hire a carpenter to do it, but I decided to make it by myself, ruining a pair of pieces of course. And the worst, I wrote them to ask for the pieces I broke and they don't have spare parts for their products. It's a shame. Now we have a good looking bed with visible damages :(

We really liked the store because it offers a wide selection and high-quality furniture. But above all, it was a real pleasure to deal with the staff. Even though our situation was a bit unusual, the manager showed great understanding, listened to us personally, and found a solution to our issue. The delivery took a little longer than expected, but in the end, our goal was achieved — and for that, we are truly grateful.

My driver to offload 5 pieces ( less than 300 kg ) in D-84177 XXXL lager took more than 24 hours. Offloading service like in Russia. Never again.

I ordered a table that was delayed by an entire month — and the delay was only communicated at the very last minute, which completely disrupted my plans.
When the table finally arrived, it had multiple small defects that clearly indicate poor quality and a lack of proper inspection. Very disappointing for a new product at this price point.
What’s worse is that the company didn’t even offer a replacement — just compensation or a return, which I’d have to go through the hassle of arranging. At the very least, a replacement should have been an option. If compensation isn’t possible, I expect them to take responsibility for the return shipping.
Overall, really let down by both the service and the product. Still waiting to see if the company will do the right thing.

We ordered a bench for our entrance door. It arrived within 48hrs. truly amazing. The bench had no defects, and it's even better than what we expected from the picture.

XXXLuts is huge offline chain, so it's very reliable seller. Prices and assortment are really good especially during (often) promotion, ... but delivery service should be improved!!! Sometimes I have been waiting for shipment more than 1 month for whole order due to absence of 1 item!!! Only after direct letter to ship available items it could be possible!
The rest is really good!!!

I had a really bad experience I have been waiting from my parcel to come I place the order around 20th of November it was saying one week to arrive and it took one week ,but I received half of the bed not all of it. It is so disappointing I have been waiting for the rest of the bed until then also the part that came is dirty they return some money ,which I am okay ,but until then I am waiting for the bed they send me more than email with different providers … and still no updates

XXXL online shopping experience was horrible, they delivered broken bett which costed 359€. instead of returning I requested them if i keep the bett what can they offer and they said 30€ discount! I don’t understand, is this the value?
