EDITED: Too many issues
I had an issue with support but it was quickly resolved - they answer quickly, and even when there are issues effectively resolve them. Shoutout to Alex R. for quickly helping me on the live chat! Also if it goes down, they are quick to provide uptime SLA credits.
EDIT: Unfortunately I am changing my rating as they have been quite difficult to contact over their support system, and the multiple issues my server seems to face from their issues are not good
