The order took much longer than stated to ship and I informed the team multiple times that I might not be able to pick up my item if it was shipped within a certain time frame. Eventually I emailed to cancel my order and they didn't respond, shipped my package the next day, and then they responded after a couple of days to tell me it was too late. I still haven't received my item and they've been bombarding me with emails to rate their product which I haven't gotten and might not be able to pick up since I'll be out of town (which I told them about because the item was supposed to ship 1.5 months before it did)

Ordered my jumper 3 weeks ago still not heard a thing delivery was supposed to be 3 - 5 days have tried contacting customer support many times no reply never had this with a company before

This is an update on my last post. My grandson found something on their Instagram feed that said the timings on the receipt for order was how long it would take once the items were shipped and not how long it would take to process the order. They then said they should be able to ship end of November or first week of December for orders placed in first three weeks of November. But guess again because we are now at 10 December and not a word about when or even if we will get our order from the Dune collection which they are still advertising.

Total scam. Never received my order, and they don’t reply. Lots of other people are reporting problems on their Instagram, and comments have been deleted. Do not use this company!

Ordered from them and didn't hear anything more. No despatch notice, no goods arriving, no replies to emails or DMs. Currently they are deleting every negative comment on their Instagram - so they clearly know what they are doing. Reported for fraud, and instigated a chargeback.

Don't buy. It's just another one of those instagram sellers who post some cool merchandise and never ship. Thank god I used PayPal so I charged back since they never shipped my order from OCTOBER!

contacted them hella abt clothing sizing and shipping updates but they ended up going nonresponvive on email and blocked me on ig😂😂

The jacket is so soft and it keeps me warm:) love the fit and it was delivered pretty quickly. Thank you!

I’ve purchased in Nov 7, and it’s now November 23 and they’ve not shipped yet. I emailed customer services and they said that it’s a “pre order item” which isn’t even stated anywhere on the buying page…..

I ordered October 28th the shipping time is priority shipping 3-9 business days and it is currently November 16th and I still haven’t received my order

They didn’t inform me that the size I had wanted for an item was sold out until I not only had already bought it, but also had to send a follow up email about why it was taking so long for any sort of update. Thankfully I was able to pick a different size without an extra charge. Please update your website to show specific sizes that are sold out so nobody else has to deal with this.

Update: Not worth the price or wait.
Finally got my order after almost a month. It’s cute, but not worth how much I paid for it. Put it on, haven’t even washed it yet and some of the rhinestones are already falling off. I have just been sitting since I’ve put it on, no aggressive movements or anything. I can’t imagine how bad it’s going to be when I do get around to washing it.

Absolutely stunning, amazing quality and stitch work for the sakura flowers on it, perfect for everyday wear and also when you want a unique and bold fit that stands out.

Quality is good and design is very unique and cool. Took a little while to ship but clothes over all is sick. Waist size was good length was long

The delivery was awful. It took too long, the delivery companies you work with are really bad and slow. The packaging was precarious considering the price.

Commande passée le 21 septembre, vient tout juste d'être expédiée aujourd'hui donc après 2 semaines.. Maintenant il faut attendre l'envoi soit 8 jours 🤨
3 semaines pour recevoir un sweat en 2025, c'est un peu limite quand même ?
Edit : Nous sommes le 11 octobre et toujours rien, franchement quelle déception

• I ordered two pairs of jeans.
• The first pair arrived one month late, only after several reminders and follow-ups.
• For the second pair, they suddenly asked me to pay an extra 8 euros, saying my order had changed.
• I never changed the order. The problem came from a wrong size description on their website.
• Customer service was useless: they just repeated the same incorrect answers and gave no real help.
• If it weren’t for my son really wanting the jeans, I would have preferred to spend much more on a lawyer rather than give them that money.
• Unacceptable experience.

They where really fast with responding emails when my order had some problems. I'm very pleased with the support and my order, I love it!

Delivery took way longer than it said but the quality is so much more than quality good materials and very comfy and nice fitted. Overall would 100% recommend purchasing from Unpractical!!.
