A not so unpractical experience

Ordered on the 26th August and came on the 7th August not too bad considering i’m ordering to the UK. Updates were slow and infrequent which worried me a bit but overall the full zip is nice and comfy. It’s not too heavy but has an overall nice feel. Solid

Wish i could leave 0 stars!

Wish i could leave 0 stars!! The worst company. Never received my item, delivery company they use is trash, their customer service is trash. Whole company just horrible!!! If I don’t get a refund definitely taking it to small claims court. You can’t keep peoples money and they don’t receive their product!

Honible customer service I ordered my…

Honible customer service I ordered my hoodie a month and a half ago I got part of my order and nothing else has been heard about my other park. Everything said it has shipped though the quality of the stuff that came in is nowhere near what is online. Please save your money.

They said it was a good quality hoodie…

They said it was a good quality hoodie and a premium puff print. Its super thin and the puff is not even puffy dont buy

Order significantly delayed

Order significantly delayed. Still don't have it. Have sent multiple messages to customer service. I have either not received a response or the responses were untrue. When I ordered, the website forced me to pay for expedited 7-10 shipping, and after still not receiving for over two weeks, I emailed and the reply was that all orders were pre-order and that was explicitly written on the site when ordering, which was not true. I sent multiple screenshots of the website, order page, order confirmation to show that there was not a single mention of the delay in orders being made and delivered, and never got a response. Finally got a shipping notification with tracking number 4 weeks after order, and as of now, the shipping label has been awaiting the product for 8 days. I believe this whole company to be a sham.

I put an order in in October, now been sent a tracking order saying shipment coming from China. Think this is a scam. How do I get my money back?

My experience with unpractical

So i orderd the 15th of september and it has arrived today the 24th of october so the delivery was very slog but i did order it from Canada to denmark. The quality is amazing tho the puff Sony as soft as it seems its kinda lethery but still great the fullzip itself is very soft and comfy.
