100% a scam! Do not listen to these positive reviews. All they do is follow 1000’s of random accounts and never unfollow them. If you email them and ask them to start to unfollow they can’t even help you correctly and tell you they have already started the process when in reality your following list keeps climbing and your actual follow account stays stagnant. It’s not worth the money at all, now I have to manually go through 5000 accounts myself to unfollow them all. It’s not worth it.

Stay far far away!!!! They are not a reputable company. We cancelled our service , Ethan assured us it was cancelled, and they continued to charge us for 13 months. I left message after message, email after email stating they were still charging us with no response. I didn't want to cancel on my card due to the fact I have several subscriptions attached to that card for my business. What a hassle. What what a ripoff company!!!!!

I have been with these guys for a few months now and actually the service is really good. I've done something similar where I got low quality people who didn't interact. AV follows good people and the response has been positive so far.

Ascend Viral is a high quality real service that actually works! We've tried many services to grow our brand and all of them are scams and fake followers. Ascend grows your account with real "engaged followers" that are actively engaging with your content. But you also have to put in the work and make good content and interact and engage with your current audience and followers and do your part. It's not a magic bullet that works without you putting in work. And also it does take time but if you stick with it overtime the results do show. They also have amazing customer support and will respond quickly to any questions and concerns you have. We are very happy with the support and service so far!

It's been worth it so far. The growth isn't instant but it's consistent. I appreciate that they actually answer messages and seem to care about results.

I started using this service on 9/9/25. I'm asking for a cancellation for 10/6/25. I'm not interested in a complimentary month because this business does not seem to actually functional. What good is a complimentary month of nothing?

This site promises a 5 day free trial period, however most of this time is spent "warming up" your account and onboarding you. Free trial seems pretty meaningless if there's going to be little if any productive work performed.

There's a money-back guarantee if you don't receive at least 1 follower for every dollar spent. I've grown about 50ish followers in 28 days at $199/month. The site explains there is a "warm up" and "targetting" phase going on. However, it does not appear they've actually been delivering the 3000 follows per month they've promised. The up to 50% response rate seems highly unlikely as well.

Every time I log in, I get some message about their "growth assistants" being at max capacity or taking "personal days". I've been getting these messages since day one. It does not look like they are laboring away to better refine and target my audience. Just looks like they are severely understaffed and still onboarding paying customers in spite of that.

CEO has a nice YouTube presence where he explains how pretty much all other growth service are scams that just use bots. Ascend Viral apparently does use actual human beings, but don't deliver the work as promised.

My growth assistant did give me a review of my account. She pointed out that I had duplicate info on my page that could be better used to call attention the link I wished to promote. She also pointed to a competitor I could draw inspiration from. But that's it. Very basic advice.

My account was mysteriously suspended a few days ago for "spammy" behavior. I'm not 100% certain AV was to blame. However, after messaging them about the problem I received no response for days. I managed to win my appeal and told AV about it. Finally get a message back. They don't appear to be responding or actually give a shit about your account.

What are these people doing that can't be done better just by purchasing boosts from instagram?

$199 is a lot for the very little service they provide. If they actually delivered on the work, and got actual 200+ quality followers a month, that'd be worth it. But they just don't deliver.

update 10/7 : My account was reviewed by instagram and deemed to NOT violate instagram's community standards or terms of service.

There are many thousands of digital creators like me publishing AI content on instagram few of who have been suspended or restricted for being spammy. There were no restrictions listed on my account prior to using AV.

There are countless digital models on instagram many of who have large numbers of followers gained through organic means.

I've had a really good experience with Ascend, after using a service that claimed to use AI to get real followers that were only bots. The service is pure follow/unfollow, but it works and I've grown steadily with quality followers. I actually appreciate the slow growth, it doesn't look suspicious or inflated.
