State alla larga da questo sito, fa dropp shipping e i materiali dei vari capi e davvero uno schifo. Assistenza clienti inesistenti non c'è una volta che rispondano, e per non farci mandare nulla nessuna informazione sulla situazione del pacco e settimane e settimane di tempo per averlo e quando arrivato si nota subito la scadenza dei vestiti che non valgono i soldi spesi. sono sempre la ragazza di prima, il 7 novembre ho ordinato un jeans e un giubbotto, il giubbotto mi è arrivato ieri bellissimo morbido e comodo, corrispondenza alle taglie ottima, l’unica pecca è che ci mette tempo x arrivare, ora aspetto il pantalone.

Item finally arrived the jacket is like a crop top, doesn’t match the photos at all. I paid £57 I asked for a return they said I could keep the item and they would give me a 15% voucher for future purchase. Or they would offer £8 refund. They eventually came back saying I ca. return the item but I have to ship to Hong Kong. Very misleading I would avoid at all costs. The other reviews on here look misleading too.

Just an update from me I messaged on what’s app and I am returning the item to them but return postage to Hong Kong is £17 which they won’t reimburse even though the item is faulty.

I’m very happy with the service. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable, which made everything simple.

I waited a bit for my order but evidently I got my order and it was exactly what I ordered that came,good job on the quality.

Die Sachen an sich sind hervorragend, und ich bin wirklich sehr zufrieden. Ich hatte auch eine Rücksendung, aber von wirklichen Problemen kann ich nicht klagen. Der Support hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet (meistens am nächsten Tag) und war auch sehr freundlich. Ich habe außerdem Anweisungen und die Adresse erhalten. Das Einzige, was nervig war: Man wollte mir ebenfalls Coupons andrehen, aber nach ein paar Mal Ablehnen war das dann auch kein Thema mehr. Man muss auch bedenken, dass die Rücksendekosten nach Hongkong selbst bezahlt werden müssen (bei mir 25 €). Ein bereitgestelltes Returnlabel würde das Ganze deutlich einfacher machen, aber die DHL-App hilft schon sehr.

Fazit: Bisschen weniger Verhandeln mit Coupons und im Optimalfall noch ein Returnlabel bereitstellen, um Rücksendungen einfacher zu machen. Dann ist Supermade wirklich perfekt

God awful site, do not buy if you might need to return. I purchased a few things back in september, sent off the things I needed to return in october (too big, t-shirt prints were bad quality) and then spent the next month fighting with someone in emails because they kept saying they "can't track it" even though I sent them links and screenshots of the tracking and that they had received it already. They made me pay £20 shipping to return too. Also, I found a bunch of their clothes on aliexpress for half the price. I'm trying to get my bank to give me the money back now before I give up.

Commande effectuée chez eux le 18/07 pour un cadeau d’anniversaire (Order : TSM13590099), 1 mois, 2 mois passent, je les relance et toujours rien. Ils accusent Chronopost, ils me disent ensuite que le produit a été renvoyé chez eux parce qu’il y aurait eu une erreur sur l’adresse de livraison, donc clairement que ce serait de ma faute. Sauf que j’ai évidemment vérifié, et j’ai bien indiqué la bonne adresse et j’en ai la preuve. Je demande un remboursement, ce qui est logique étant donné que j’ai commandé mon colis il y a maintenant 4 MOIS.

Le 14 octobre, on me propose enfin un remboursement. Sauf qu’aujourd’hui, nous sommes le 17 novembre, soit un peu plus d’un mois après et donc 5 mois après avoir commandé, et à chaque relance concernant le remboursement, on me dit qu’ils attendent qu’il soit approuvé.
Je trouve ça inadmissible de devoir encore attendre pour un simple remboursement qui m’est dû ! Je les soupçonne de me faire tourner en rond avec cette “approbation” pour au final ne jamais me rembourser…

En tout cas, je ne commanderai plus jamais chez eux et je vous conseille de garder votre argent. Quant à moi, j’espère être remboursée rapidement et enfin en finir avec cette histoire.

Nu er det 2 gang jeg skriver omkring Thesupermade- efter min første korrespondance må jeg indrømme at jeg øjnede håb, da firmaet reelt tog kontakt til mig og virkede løsningsorienterede.

Al korrespondancen mundede ud i at jeg fik lovning vouncher lydende på 169 GBP - altså engelske pund. Den vouncher / tilgodehavebevis lød beklageligvis kun på henved 20 USD. altså en langt lavere beløb (og kun tilsvarende de procenter firmaet almindeligvis giver kunder af rabat hvis man en gang har handlet hos dem)... Vil i som firma som jeg også skrev første gang venligst tage ansvar nu jeg har indvilliget i at få mit tilgodehavende via gavekode og dermed rakt hånden frem til jer ved dermed stadig at handle hos jer. I har min mail så brug den venligst - .. nu...
