Itagpro is garbage and scam. Do not fall for it like I did. Got 4 and none of them works with apple or android. Wanted a full refund and all they did was offer me a percentage of what I paid. I ended up with 75 % of my order. Customer service is BS. ASKED FOR HELP AND NO ONE CONTACTED ME. Do fall for this shitty product. They didn’t even wanted the product back. Keep them and will refund you 75 percent of you purchase they said. That right there tells me it’s scam and shitty product. AGAIN DO NOT PURCHASE ITAGPRO.😡😡😡

Ich bin mehr als enttäuscht.

Wie man hier gut nachlesen kann funktioniert der iTag Pro nicht so wie angeboten. Meiner Erfahrung nach kann man bei aktiver Bluetooth Verbindung zum iTag diesen in dem Bereich in dem Bluetooth funktioniert piepen lassen. Ein Tracken auf einer Karte funktioniert nicht (bei mir mit keiner App). Das habe ich versucht (anfangs dachte ich, der Fehler liegt bei mir) mit dem Support zu klären. Mehrfach auch Videos geschickt. Als ich darum gebeten habe mit ein Video zu schicken auf dem ich sehen kann wie es funktioniert (nach ca. 15 Nachrichten hin und her) wurden mir erst 50% und später 75% angeboten. Ich habe erst auf 100% bestanden, das ginge aber nur, wenn ich das Gerät nach China zurückschicke. Dann habe ich 75% akzeptiert. Das Geld wurde zügig zurücküberwiesen. Fazit: Finger weg!!!

Bought one for the cat, doesn't work as its not a GPS device works using WiFi so if tiddles does go missing check the usual spots ,under the bed ,on sofa ,behind curtains.

Bought the tag for my dog. It broke within 48 hours, functionality not as described and VERY painful customer service to get a refund. AVOID!!!

Complete and total scam! They sent me a spam bomb when writing to “Victor” I wish I had got a real review! They used an impressive (obviously AI generated) review that sucked me in hook, line, and sinker! I also purchased 4; I don’t think I’ll get my money back; the dude (whoever) writing back is full of it and hasn’t done anything towards that end: returns and refund. DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!

It’s a scam . There is no app to attach them to . The one they give initially is in mandarin . Then one that doesn’t exist. They don’t work . Customer support is just automated emails. Refund process offered is so difficult as to make it pointless - or they offer to just refund you 25% there and then . How these things appear in BestBuy comparison sites I’m not sure .

Do not purchase these as they do not function in any way which they are advertised. The return policy is a complete lie. The product is absolutely not what is advertised. This is a complete lie and a scam. Do yourself a favour and buy a reputable product and not ITAG pro. They only work on Bluetooth. Don’t connect with apple Find my device.

They don't work at all. It is scam. You are not allowed to send them back for a refund.

Nichts zu gebrauchen, schade fürs Geld. App muss immer online sein, keine Anleitung, App für Android funktioniert nicht. Rücknahme nicht möglich.

Its an absolute Have!! Does not function with IOS and chinese apps that look totally fake. FINDMY APP DOES NOT RECOGNISE DEVISE.

Scam. They are $0.50 squares with basic tech selling as the best thing! DON’T buy… I sadly bought 8 as clearly even though I am really confident as smelling scammers, this is very slick.

Total con, don’t buy.
First it overcharged me then, despite following all the instructions- including the troubleshooting ones such as restarting the iPhone and re-installing the battery on the tag - it never connected.
The phone numbers given for help want to charge for the service!

Geld wurde abgebucht ohne dass Bestellung abgesandt oder Zahlung autorisiert wurde. Sofortige Stornierung wurde abgelehnt. Ich habe den Fall als Betrug bei Paypal gemeldet.

It's a complete scam, the device is not a gps tracker. It relies on bluetooth, and has a range of only a few meters. The android support is non existent, there is no itagpro app, only a very dysfunctional itag app that is next to useless. It does not work with android's find my device as claimed. It will not locate your cat is she's more than a few meters away. It's a con, a lie, a scam.

After reading on a review website (that I now realise was an absolute scam too) how these were the #1 GPS trackers, I naively followed the link to buy ONE of them. Ended up accidently ordering ANOTHER one as there was a big button after the order saying I can get it for half price...not seeing the very tiny almost invisible text "No, thanks"...
This should have been my first clue.

Realising my mistake, I emailed the customer service team within 5 mins of the order. I received an email back saying it had already gone to the warehouse and if I was not satisfied with the product then I could return it.
This should have been my second clue.

I recieved the products 10 days later and they came in a unbranded box that just said "smart tag". And the very little instructions said to use "the app". WHAT APP??? There was nothing on Google play, though it says it's compatible with android?!

At this point I realise I might have been had. So, I email the customer service team and deal with a different representative (read: bot) each time. The bot has a script for each email it sends:
1. Asks you to do survey (no thanks, give me my full refund)
2. Says they'll give full refund if you pay the cost of return and send within 30 days or offers 25% refund to avoid trouble of returning (no thanks, give me my full refund)
3. Says they've forwarded to manager and offers 50% instead (no thanks, give me my full refund)
4. Says they've contacted manager again and can offer 75% now (no thanks, give me my full refund)
5. Finally gives you address to return but says you need to pay for cost of return as it was in the terms and conditions... (No, the terms and conditions on the site just said "undefined" and also this goes against the Consumer Rights Act!!!)

The cost of returning wouldn't be worth it, which is what they rely on. People give up and just say okay just give me 75% refund and that's how they are still making money.

THANKFULLY I paid via PayPal so escalated it to them and, after providing with details have received my full refund. HOWEVER, I am amazed that PayPal are still allowing the site and Commerce Core UAB to use their platform.

Anyways, moral of the story - DO YOUR RESEARCH AND KNOW YOUR RIGHTS

iTag Pro ist eine einzige Abzocke. Die Bewertungen im Vorfeld kann ich nur bestätigen. Ich hatte 4 Stück bestellt, 12 Stück erhalten und es wurde auch alle abgebucht.
Dank eurer Kommentare habe ich mein Geld wieder bekommen. Dazu kam noch eine Lieferung, nicht von mir bestellter iTag und Air Tag (475,-€).
Bei der Rückgabe wurden mir alle von euch beschriebenen unseriösen Möglichkeiten angeboten.
Da ich alles über PayPal gekauft habe, habe ich sofort eine Rückerstattung verlangt. Ich habe mit einer Anzeige wegen "Betrug und Fälschung" der nicht funktonfähigem Artikel gedroht.
Die Rücksendeadresse hatte ich bereits in einer Bewertung gelesen.
Nach wenigen Stunden kam ein Rücksendeangebot von iTag, sowie eine Bestätigung nach Erhalt der Artikel (Rücksendung zu meinen Kosten), die vollständige Rückerstattung. Das Geld ist auf meinem Konto eingegangen!!!!

Poor quality for price. Could not understand instructions/it does not function as described/does not connect. Faulty button on device. 30-day return policy and customer service unsatisfactory. Cost way more time and money than it’s worth. Better to pay the bit extra for a reputable and proven alternative.
