As with many of the other complaints on here, I have had exactly the same experience. I paid £1.95 to download a CV for my son and then six months later found out they'd taken a £16.95 subscription fee every month without my consent or knowledge. I have cancelled and complained but they are only offering to refund one month. I cannot believe this website has so many good reviews, It means so many more people will get scammed. I am disappointed Trust Pilot haven't looked into them.

I was charged what I thought was a small and reasonable £2.95 fee to download my CV. What they don’t tell you when you pay this is that it transfers into a monthly subscription of £16.95 which has now been taken out of my account 3 times. It is now cancelled but I am very unhappy.
