Paid final payment and then a few days later, this company took more money out of my bank account without my permission and refused to give it back. Avoid this company, they will steal your money.

Watch out for auto renewal of policy tried to up my premium from £580 to £3190 .Just glad I check my emails . Having said that thanks dialdirect I got an alternative quote for £380

After submitting an after-service review that was critical of an aspect of one of their database systems I was very pleased to receive an email that thanked me for pointing out the issue. In an age of cut and paste or AI responses from companies it was a refreshing change to receive a response from a human.

Avoid it like a plague
It is a forceful auto renewal. The renew comes at the very last day of current policy. It has no information on how to cancel the policy. It only tells you the policy has been renewed, please pay £xxxx money. And to make it more doggy and disgusting, if you don’t renew with them, they will send you a chase up email:
‘If we do need to cancel your policy, you will incur a cancellation fee of £60.00, as well as having to pay any outstanding premium in accordance with the terms of your policy’
Make sure you ignore this nonsense, it is illegal to apply penalties if renewal contract has not provided cancellation method, or fee disclosure.
