What made me choose dial direct
What made me choose dial direct was that they were the most competitive from all the other brokers, and they gave me the best quote for my needs.
The site was straight forward easy to use very helpful and I knew this was the best chose for me.
This is my first time with them and hopefully I will continue using them in the future, I recommend to give them a go, excellent.

SCAM
SCAM!!!! They must have paid for other reviews . We have spent three days trying to get help after our car broke down. I’ve now spent more than an hour and a half on the phone with them passing me back-and-forth to other companies who work for them they use third parties to answer the calls so they can pass the blame onto other people. I will be logging this with the FCA as a complaint as I believe this company is a fraud.

Awful insurance company. Unable to make simple changes to policy and then cancel it the day before it is due to start. Absolutely waste of time do not use!

Avoid!!
Avoid!!! Everything looks fine when you're getting a quote, but once you pay, the problems begin. Dial Direct will find anything to increase your policy premium.
