Autodna Arvostelua 578

Sito inutile e fuorviante.
Ho pagato 25 euro per avere attraverso il telaio dell’auto l’allestimento della casa. Di giusto c’era solo il modello e l’anno, L’ auto diesel di 55,000 km è diventata un benzina di oltre 100,000 km !!! Ovviamente ho inoltrato un reclamo sul sito e via mail ma dubito che qualcuno mi rimborserà. Di affidabile c’è solo l’ACI e le visure hanno un costo di 7 euro.

Man erfährt kaum etwas über die Historie des Autos.
im Vorfeld nicht von der Anzahl der Treffer in die Irre führen lassen. Sind vorwiegend nur Infos zum allgemeinen Zustand des Autos wie Farbe, Anzahl der Türen, Hubraum.....usw. Alle Infos die schon vorher längst bekannt sind. Somit ist gleich mal die Hälfte der Treffer weg. Der Rest geht drauf mit einer möglichen Diebstahlsuche in verschiedenen europäischen Ländern. Absolut nutzloses Zeug.
Nie wieder.

Ściema i naciąganie jeleni na kasę. Nie zamierzam sprzedawać auta, ale zaciekawiło mnie to dna, bo w mobywatel moje auto ma "uszkodzenia-odnotowano". Auto kupiłem z Holandii, a bardzo szczegółowy raport ze zdjęciami, cała historia, nawet odnotowane przeglądy z adnotacja czy były zastrzeżenia, a jeżeli były to jakie. No wszystko opisane. Kosztuje 10 euro. Oczywiście wydrukowałem i mam udokumentowane. Po sprowadzeniu do Polski sprawdzone na serwisie i żadnej historii wypadkowej. Autodna ma w regulaminie, że nie ponosi odpowiedzialności i, że nie należy kierować się tylko ich raportem...,..to po co to jest? Jelonki płacą i wiedza, że "auto bezwypadkowe, ale nie na pewno", lub "powypadkowe, ale nie koniecznie" 😄🤦

The autoDNA website is deceiving people. They promise a full car report for €25, but in the end, you get the name and make of a car that is already known! After contacting customer support, I was denied (supposedly, all the information was provided to me in full). They also sent me a response to my request stating that the car mileage indicated in your report is indicated for a 2019 car as 12,000 km (which is complete nonsense). They also wrote that there should be an accident report, which is also missing (although I know of at least one registered accident). They also write that it should indicate the new owner's re-registration, which is also missing from your report (since the car belonged to the second owner for five years)! Therefore, based on the above information, I told them that their report does not contain any information about the car, and I consider their actions fraudulent, because this report is not worth even one euro! Do not buy their services, it's a scam!

I am very satisfied with the way my complaint was handled.
The response was professional, clear, and customer-oriented.
Although my request concerned an older car, I appreciate the effort and the refund process. I will definitely recommend autoDNA to others.

Tragedia ,dzis zakupilem raport , ,kilka zdjec z aukcji , wpisy dostepne z roku 2016 i a kolejne z 2025 jak juz było w Polsce ,a auto było serwisowane . za symbolicznego dolara dostalem znacznie obszerniejszy raport ,a tu za 90 zł marne ochłapy,nie polecam

Szukałam autka dla siebie więc kupiłam parę raportów. Nie spodziewałam się, że tyle ładnych aut może być po mocnych szkodach. Dzięki raportom udało się wybrać to idealne, w końcu już teraz MOJE autko!! :))

Be very cautious when you place an order. Available data could mean a single odometer reading from 15 years ago counts as "vehicle history". Basically any tiny bit of information available will count as a tick box for the "what's available" data, this is misleading and after sales will send you a terrible scripted reply without even looking into your case. They must get it a lot. Avoid at all costs.

Na stronie gov historia pojazdu auto widnieje jako Szkoda całkowita a w rzeczywistości był przytarty rant tylnego błotnika poza tym całe w oryginale. Przez beznadziejne auto Dna nie Sprzedalem samochodu! Najgorsza platforma jaka znam! Kupując auto wiele razy korzystałem z car vertical i wszystko było ok. Nie polecam. Czytając opinia to nagminne. Nie wiem z kad biorą te raporty ale chyba z głowy! Szkoda kasy.

Moje doświadczenia z Autodna są bardzo złe, we wrześniu br. zamówiłem dwa raporty samochodów ciężarowych, oba pojazdy są 20 letnie, dostałem tylko suche dane bez żadnej historii.
Zdecydowanie nie polecam, wyrzucone pieniądze !!!

Am fost taxat de doua ori pentru un raport si nu raspund solicitarii trimise.

Uchroniła mnie przed zakupem auta które miało szkodę na 20 tyś euro.

Już nie jeden handlarz chciał wcisnąć mi auto w strasznym stanie. Gdybym nie skusiła się na zakup raportów które rozjaśniły mi historię szkód (nie małą!), pewnie teraz byłabym w dużo gorszej sytuacji a tak straciłam, tylko albo i aż, czas i pieniądze na dojazd :( fajnie że istnieją takie raporty!

Bardzo dziękuję Pani z infolinii za pomoc, nie wiedziałem jak zakupić pakiet na 50 sztuk raportów i powiedziała gdzie się zgłosić. Na plus również bardzo profesjonalna obsługa opiekuna biznesowego, to będzie zdecydowanie dłuższa współpraca :)

SCAM.... report shows minimal information (in my case only if car was stolen). Some informations where wrong (engine...). I did request monney back and carDNA representative refuse monney return as i did get what i was paying.

This is a total scam, the report by VIN number, which costs 24EUR shows LESS information than a free website from my country by a license plate.
