Save your time and ignore those instagram and facebook Code 118 ads, whatever you see there has nothing do with reality or be prepared for a trash experience.
I bought a wallet around 2 years ago, which had already multiple issues (can only use the trigger mechanism if the wallet is filled with all 7 cards.. one less and it won't work properly / humble material quality / the inside of the wallet scratches the cards over time.. I had to replace one of my bank cards as a result, heavy trigger / etc. ) and yet I was still okay with that and kept using the wallet, until it got defected, and when I wanted to use the Lifetime Warranty service they offer, I literally had to pay more than 76% of the full price I paid for my initial order ( 9.72$ they claim it's for delivery + almost 15$ of hidden custom and tax charges they never tell you about). This brand is something I would never recommend to anyone.

Well built and easy to use

Wallet works well, great product, good strong materials making it high quality, convenient size. If there is another way to store cash instead of using the band, (which does do the job) would make it out of this world

My tracking card ended up cracking and breaking in my wallet. After reaching out to explain my issue I received a replacement for the damaged card.

Amazing Wallet and the trigger mechanism works perfectly. Only complaint is that it doesn't hold alot of cash. Other than that, 5 stars for sure.

Did not receive, still haven’t. I paid $173 for a full kit wallet and haven’t gotten it in the 3-5 day priority shipping they forced me to pay. It’s been almost 3 weeks and me reaching out 5 times. Not to mention their Black Friday “deal” was $99 for the 24k gold and I just saw it listed a week ago for $73. What deal was your Black Friday? An up charge??? Great way to take advantage of your customers by making them believe it’s a deal but actually increasing the price. Scum.

Never received the purchase. Tracking said it was delivered a week ago.your email reply to my concerns were just the the item has shipped and there was a delay because an item was out of stock. At this point. I'm not sure if I'm ever going to receive it and would need a full refund. The order was placed on 12/2 and today is the 15th with no delivery.

I only give it one star because no stars is not available.

First of all, you're asking me to rate something I haven't received. As far as the service goes, it has been very frustrating for this product to take so long to be delivered. After a week of not being shipped, I sent an email to customer service who apologized and said that one of my items was out of stock but just came back in so I should get in about a week. I would have expected to have been notified of that prior to me reaching out. I would have accepted a different color. The lack of communication has been frustrating. Three days ago I received a notification that the items have shipped but they are still sitting in Carol Stream, IL. This wallet better be the best thing ever for making me wait this long!

I bought a MagSafe wallet and a tracker card from them. In order to use the tracker card, you have to use the included strap that goes around the wallet. Of course when the strap is in place, you can’t use MagSafe!
I rang to complain, they didn’t care.
After a lot of emails they finally agreed to refund me, as the two items are NOT comparable with each other.
In spite of their “45 day free returns” policy, they said that only applied if you had spent over $100 so I didn’t qualify. They didn’t tell me that when I was buying it!
It cost me €25 to return it. When the refund arrived they had also deducted the postage costs from the original order, so I was down over €30 at this stage. When I raised this with them, they ignored my emails. I tried repeatedly to contact them, but again they ignored my communication.
This is a terribly company, selling items that they know can’t possibly work together and don’t live up to the promise made on returns in their advertising.

This is the thinnest wallet I’ve found. This is great. I didn’t like the thick ones.

Like the MagSafe design that sticks to the phone, wish there was a bigger one that held more cards without using the strap

Such an awesome wallet. Had a bit of an issue with the trigger action on my first. True to their word, customer service was top notch and they sent me a brand new one. Great wallet and worth the money for sure!

I haven't received my purchase and it's a Christmas present for someone.

I ordered my item 15 days ago and the status still shows “Preparing for shipping.” The tracking number you provided is not showing any tracking information.

I have emailed multiple times and also messaged via Facebook, but I have not received any response.

At this point, I would like to request a full refund since the order has not shipped and communication has been unresponsive.

They weren’t kidding about the lifetime warranty, I didn’t believe it until they honored it.

Every time my husband has actually lost his wallet, we go to the findmy app and for some reason the wallet tracker has stopped working. Every time it has been in the house, and our AirTags work. So I don’t know why this doesn’t work.
We reconnect it and it seems to be working fine but when push comes to shove - when we actually need it - it has always let us down.

Great product, I already had one for myself, this one is for my son!
