They market to EU. And they send the product from outside EU so it’s hold by customs. It’s not clear communicated. When you reach customer service you get and answer that they have informed about it in the policies which no one reads and they will not refund if it’s returned.

I tried contacting customer service 3 times now with absolutely no response. I love the wallet but now the cards are falling out of it when it’s upside down. They advertise a life time warranty but I literally can’t get ahold of anyone to even talk about a resolution. I would have recommended them to everyone I knew but I’m so upset that I’ve been ignored that I regretting choosing them in the first place.

Looks like Code 118 also scammed me 🙈🙉🙊. They‘ve taken my money, but I haven‘t Seen my order arrive yet!😡
They claimed that there wasn‘t an Order Placed with my order number, and eventhough I mailed them proof of payment and what not, they have now stopped responding to my mails!

I tried for a warranty replacement.l after 3 years. They asked for a video to verify that it was broken. They used shop.com to ship the item. Shop added an additional zip code when shipping to Guam where I am stationed. I emailed them to report it. They said it was not their responsibility and would not reship the wallet.. (at a cost of 10.75) they said I would have to buy another wallet to get a replacement. They offered 30 % off, but not to reship for something that their shipping company did. The same thing happened with Jaay cutter supplements. (Which is how I found out what happened to the wallet.) Cutler immediately re shipped my products to the correct address with no extra charge. Code 118 just lost my business and likely others due to my reviews over 10.75. Ekster wallets seem to be better with much better reviews. I have ordered from them.

Garbage warranty. Mediocre product. Basically a rip off of cheap Chinese made wallets previously. It destroys yours cards by scratching them all up, you can only fit 7 cards inside and any less the flay out part doesn’t work that well. Must be full with 7 cards to work properly.

Tried to use their warranty for a damaged wallet when I dropped it ONCE, and the inside mechanism came apart. They insisted on me paying $10 for shipping (even though a new order is only $5 shipping). Also they say all orders over $100 get free return shipping. I had two orders, one for like $120 and a second order for like $40. I was not given free shipping because of the $40 order when I was returning both orders.

My tracker died after nine months and they want me to pay for shipping almost $10. They don’t seem to have the managerial common sense that ought to be replaced without any charge to a customer. Their warranty seems like it’s bullshit.

Code 118 shopping cart will not allow you to remove an extra item. Their checkout is poor. The order is placed, and then a screen appears asking, 'Do you want to pay this?' This adds a second wallet. Then the account won't let you remove it moments later.
So, I was billed for two wallets when I wanted one. I had a bad feeling before I even received the item. Should have used Amazon.

Extremely disappointed with Code 118. It looks like a knock-off and that’s exactly how it feels in your hand. The parts are weak, the mechanism sticks, and instead of cards sliding out smoothly you have to jam the lever with force. Also, don’t be fooled by their “limited-time discounts” — the price never changes, the site is always showing a fake sale. Save your money.

I bought a tracker card from them, tried to use it and it didn't work well. Reached out to return it and they said if the plastic seal had been removed (which it had to try it out) it couldn't be returned. What kind of policy is this?

If you still want to purchase something from them, use Amazon where there are no issues with teturns

SCAM!!!! Don’t order from here, they will take your money and you will receive nothing. I paid for expedited shipping 1-3 days and it’s been over 2 weeks. I tried reaching out to the email they have on their website and no response! There’s no phone number to contact them either. This website is a SCAM

Took over 3 weeks to deliver the product but took the money right away. Took days to respond to email. Stay away from these guys.

My first complaint is that the wallet does a poor job with heavy cards. It does not hold a heavy metal card very well and it can slip out. Because of this I decided to return the wallet. Their customer service is terrible with returns. They want to make it a difficult process so you're stuck with the wallet. I don't not recommend the wallet or the company.

The product is very different in reality
Customer service is very bad when it gets to returns despite the guarantee they promote

I ordered the MagSafe Wallet and tracker card from code118, and I returned it straight away. The two items are NOT compatible with each other, but Code118 don’t tell you that.
In order to attach your Tracker Card to the phone, you use the strap that comes with the wallet, BUT if you are using the strap, the wallet can’t attach to your iPhone magnetically because the strap is in the way.
Code118 should either NOT sell these two items together or should warn people before they buy.
To add insult to injury, I was responsible for the €25 to return the item and then they had the nerve to reduce my refund by another €5.33 for postage.
Altogether I’m down over €30 because they sold me two items that are incomparable with each other.
Avoid Code118!!!

Unfortunately, I didn’t read the reviews before ordering from this company—my mistake. While I did receive a refund, I had to pay for both the original shipping and the return shipping, which added unnecessary cost to an already frustrating experience.

I used the slim MagSafe wallet for just a few days, but the poor construction and rough finishing left sharp edges that actually scratched and marred the case of my phone. When I reached out to request compensation or even just reimbursement for shipping, I was ignored and simply referred back to their return policy.

Additionally, I experienced the same issues others mentioned: inconsistent discounts and misleading promotions—what you see isn’t always what you get.

Based on the product quality and lack of accountability, I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.

Shady marketing practices. I see a video on Facebook. An Ad. 45% off. Not UP TO, but 45% off. Button says 40% off. Go to the site, Site says 20% off on the wallet. Then asks me for email and phone. I get offered 52% off. Again, not UP TO, but 52% off. I click on that link when I get it. Still only 20% off the wallet. No codes, no trust here. I'm arguing with the idiots in a messenger post. I've now reported them to Facebook. Will they do anything about it? no, will 118 do anything about it? no. I'm glad I didn't purchase from this horrible company. Don't trust them. Don't buy from them. EVER. One last item. They've switched the name of their website to code-wallets and they are not secure... so the original site listed above, will not take you there. Scam much?
