The Apex of Customer Service

The customer service from this company is off-the-charts good. No exaggeration, I'm a mom who knows just absolutely nothing about minecraft but my kids and their friends wanted a server with a bunch of crazy attachments and bling added to it or whatever else. I just dumped a big rant about it in the customer service ticket, and these folks did the rest. Since then, they've basically done this for me a half-dozen more times in just a few months. I have to be their most frustrating customer to deal with, with how very little I know, I think!

Amazing service!

Apex is so easy to use and if I ever get lost (which is a lot because I'm a noob) they are always here to help and navigate me patiently through all my problems. Very helpful and super friendly!

This Carplay module is absolutely terrible, it runs at about 4hz and it crashes consistently. And I will be driving and it randomly dials up my granny, like what the hell

I am extremely displeased

Hark, the server proved most incompatible with my computing device from the lands of Kazakhstan.

Furthermore, its integration with the motorcar's CarPlay is incomplete, a grave disappointment considering my acquisition of an SRT Cherokee. Alas, the setup of this server was a trying ordeal, for it seemed an eternity for Apex to register my button press. I am most displeased, and were it within my power, I would rate it a zero out of ten!

These guys offer fantastic support, and have always saved me and my map when i do silly things/updates and broke my server.
The team are really nice to talk to, know their stuff and within reason are very prompt to reply, (people need to sleep :) )
i have been with a vast amount of companies since day dot and this is and has been by far the best experience.

My experience with apex was horrible…

My experience with apex was horrible the server constantly lagged, crashed a multitude of times, and the customer service was terrible. I personally have no clue what these 5 and 4 star reviewers are talking about, and have no clue as to how apex hosting has a 4.2 from my point of view it should have a 0.

Truthfully Never had a better server

Truthfully I have never had a better server experience then this the staff is helpful kind and wonderful They sit down help you through it and even to the point of doing things outside of their regular pay grade I truly think that they're making a family instead of making a business And truthfully I'm happy to be the one or second removed uncle that keeps giving them more money

Could not recommend less

Everyone was telling me about how Apex was such a great host, but unfortunately I have had nothing but a bad experience. My server is just for me and my small family of 8 to play on and yet the server can't run for 5 minutes without it crashing. There is no plugins or mods so 2 GB of RAM should be more than enough! Support (which took over an hour to respond) told me it is cause they have all their servers fighting for the same outdated CPUs and that there is nothing they could do. This is just such an insane response for the price they charge you. I have to work 2 jobs just to afford Apex. Finally I am very concerned over the Fin bot on your website as it literally told me it was going to take over the world. Overall there are so many better host, do not pick!

Very disappointed, can't wait for my billing cycle to be up so I can switch host.

Edit: Apex is a joke of a company. You could expect how they responded to this review to be how they respond to anything you need of support. I am confident they just used CHAT-GPT to make this response just like they do for support request. Can't even get their numbers right. Many server host actually use better CPUs then Ryzen 7950X. And most is the key word - you have zero clue what your server is actually running on. Either way you are on 1 core (other hosting will give you 4 or 5) and it's shared between multiple servers.

We couldn't help but notice some of the numbers in your review seemed a little… creative. A “small” family of 80 on just 2GB of RAM? 🤔... We’ll give you points for imagination on that one.

As for the "outdated CPUs" part, most of our servers actually run on Ryzen 9 7950X processors, which are some of the fastest chips available for hosting. So if you really are experiencing crashes, that definitely isn’t normal and we’d want to get it sorted out. Our support team usually replies in under 20-30 minutes on tickets, and live chat is always there if you'd prefer real-time help.

So while we’re taking this review with a grain of salt, the offer still stands. Reach out and we'll make sure things are running the way they should.

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience. We understand it can sometimes be confusing to locate your server details or know exactly how to use the commands provided. Your server’s IP address can always be found directly in your Apex Hosting panel, and if a port is required, it will be shown there as well.

I wrote some steps to make this easier for you:
1. From the Apex Hosting Panel
2. Log into your Apex Hosting account.
3. Go to Servers and select the server you want.
4. On the server page, you’ll see your IP Address (usually looks like 123.45.67.89:25565).

In the Minecraft Client:
1. Open Minecraft → Multiplayer → Add Server.
2. Enter the IP (and port if needed) exactly as it appears in your Apex panel.
3. Press "Join the server".

Good Service but Expensive

Good service I guess but you guys literally profit off lazyness, I could get a server 10x better in specs, hardware etcetera on a better host for the same price.
