The grounding mat arrived quickly and was in good working order. I was almost 3 months out from a broken ankle, and although the bone was healing well the ligaments in my ankle were not. I have been sleeping on the grounding sheet for about a month and I'm sleeping better than I have in a very long time. I'm 78 and I suffer with pain from injuries of a 2017 accident so I definitely need some relief. It was several days before I started feeling results, but I now wakeup feeling rested and my pain is starting to decrease.
The delivery time was about 2 weeks from Austin to Houston, but as they stated it is a small company and they are receiving a lot of orders. Just be patient and you won't regret it.

I purchased the grounding mat. I have been using it consistently for almost 2 weeks and I have noticed the fluid that I was struggling with in my ankles and calves has slowly been reducing. And I believe that it is because of the mat. (Full disclosure my fluid retention is not severe, I have just started to feel it and it has been bothersome for me). I understand that nothing works overnight, and I am willing to stick with it because of the results I have seen so far. Some days I use it longer than others, but I try to at least get 30 minutes. I think I am now considering the sheet for my bed. I will give a few more weeks before I make the plunge.

I'm a native Texan now living in Alabama. When I decided to order a grounding sheet, I immediately chose Heal Naturally because they are "based in Austin, TX." I thought, "Hey, fellow Texans! I'll use them."

I place an order on August 1, 2025. Today is August 21, 2025, and it still has not arrived. So, being based in Austin obviously doesn't mean "shipped from Austin." I'm guessing it comes from China. Sheesh. Big mistake.

Love our throw and king size sheet. We haven’t used the grounding pad yet. One suggestion, fitted sheet pockets need to be deep pockets.

It's rather strange how they advertise " from Texas, not over seas, not mass produced" yet my order that still has not arrived is shipped by Yanwen Express from Bejing China.

I just love the items in the bundle that I ordered. I have been telling all my family and friends about these items and how much they have already helped me.
