I had some trouble while placing my order, my fault. I didn’t think my order went through and placed it a second time. I didn’t need two so contacted Spotminders and asked for help. Carol got back to me quickly and took care of canceling the extra order. Great service. Giving as Christmas gifts and I’m sure the recipients will love them!

This is a very customer-oriented company who want to make things right when there are minor hiccups - Marla went above and beyond to make this customer satisfied, not just the product, but how they treat the customer seriously and with concern. Kudos.

I ordered 3 Spotminders during Cyber Monday sales. One stays in my wallet, one stays in the case of my Kindle, which I am constantly forgetting where I left it. The finders have great coverage, no problems with a signal making it to my phone from within a case/bag/wallet.
I was so happy with my purchase I decided to order 3 more, 1 for each of my kids kindles and 1 for my husband. I accidentally ordered the standard finder when I intended to order a Pro version. I sent an email to customer service and Carol was amazing!! She was not only able to change the order to the Pro version, but then was able to apply a gift card that I forgot about until after the order was placed. She was fast with her replies, and so helpful, I would absolutely recommend a Spotminder to all my friends.

Had an issue with delivery time delay ..due to Black Friday sales BUT Carol was extremely helpful in assisting with my enquiry.

Having first placed an order for 3 pro cards, I then decided to take advantage of the charger offer and placed a second order. The order for the cards was easy to track, but the tracking for the chargers didn’t seem to progress for a while. As an international buyer (from UK), there was invariably some lag from departure from US to delivery at home. I did query the charger order via email, and the excellent Marla was quick to respond and followed up to make sure everything had arrived, which it did as one delivery combined. Thank you Marla.

Spotminders is a perfect fit for a credit card wallet. It’s about two credit cards thick, and looks just like any other credit card. Was easy to set up with the Apple FindMy app.

We got a deal on Insta and thought these would be good for helping track our equipment with Annnd...Action! Photo Booth services in Los Angeles. They are! Easy to pair with Apple device. Lightweight. Charged quickly. Slim profile will help us hide it where needed. The audible sound is distinct. We are unsure of the battery life yet since they are new, but as it's paired with our Apple, we know we'll get a warning and be able to take care of it. Nice product. Still can't put it on the dog, but good for our professional uses.

Spotminders was great! I decided after i ordered to switch to the pro tracking card. Their support was amazing! Andris was super quick to get back to me and took care of exactly what I needed. Couldn’t ask for more!

The Founder and Customer Support are good to excellent. The Founder himself is extremely responsive. Customer Support - not so great - and is a bunch of AI chatbot responses mainly. However, when I needed to use the Card for the first time (lost my wallet), the Find My app had removed the Card from my inventory so the Card did me no good. The Tracking Card itself is unreliable and would not purchase another one. I highly recommend going back to an Air Tag and stuff in your wallet regardless of its size. After many attempts to reset it, recharge it, and follow the steps to pair it again with my iPhone, the Card is dead. I have only had it less than 30 days.

Carol really helped me when I inadvertently typed a wrong address for shipping. She responded almost immediately and resolved the issue. Excellent customer service.

This charger is FAST. It magnetically latches onto a phone so it doesn’t off-center on the phone’s magnet accidentally.

Excellent fast response and action by Carol. I got my order sorted so fast (I made a mistake in ordering) and placed an order for the ultimate package instead. Now looking forward to try this product, which I've heard from a friend it work better then Apple's bulky alternative.

I've been using Spotminders tracking cards for a while now and love them. I had a small issue with my Spotminders charger where the lead started to part company with the charging pad. I contacted the support team and Carol sorted the problem out in no time. I'm very happy!

I have ordered 3 trackers, 3 car tags and 3 chargers. I love them, but better than the trackers is Raymond. If you have ANY problem, be sure to ask for him. By luck, he answered when I had a problem with one of the chargers. It did not work. He had me try various things to make sure it was the charger and not the operator. Just kidding. I sent him pictures confirming that the charger did not work, and I had a new charger immediately. Then my husband had a problem getting his Tracker to be located with Find My Phone. Raymond, sent him directions and then followed up to make sure that everything was ok. This is the type of customer service all companies should have.i wonder if he can help me with Microsoft😂😂

This card is a game changer for travelers! It's so superior to the Air Tag! I'm looking forward to using it on all my future travels.

It’s often frustrating dealing with customer service for tech items. My experience with Marla was anything but. She responded quickly and with clear suggestions and requests. I had to step away from our conversation for a couple weeks but once I came back she picked up like I’d never left. In the end she resolved my issue completely. It was a very positive experience.

Just set it up a few days ago and it already located my black wallet in the darkest depths of the black interior of my truck!!!
