Very bad tracking and they change your delivery address to a random one
Just allow people to enter their sign in information. And send ordered items to the address provided in the order.

Terrible experience
Item delivered damaged, not replaced, items missing, No collection of old appliance. Terrible service although Siobhán (Cust' Serv') tried hard to resolve. Seriously consider purchasing from anywhere other than this company though to avoid disappointment, stress and terrible experience. Still not resolved.
