Overall review

Well, so far every routine I have tried has felt legit. I feel as if Im truly getting a full rage of much and equal attention to all muscles being used. The machine was well designed. All I ask is that you come up with more attachments or accessories for the amp.

The product is awesome but the app needs integration with food Apps as well as calories count. The wait time was really long and was not a good experience though

Device delivered extremely late and…

Device delivered extremely late and installed on my wall wrong so can’t really enjoy device because it’s to close to the wall when they could have centered device on wall for equal space on both sides. I was promised an extra item 200 value for the delivery being late and nothing and on top of all that device sometimes won’t connect to phone or disconnects as I’m using device. Disconnect has only happened once or twice hopefully doesn’t have issues in the future otherwise the app would be useless. If the app is useless wouldn’t it make more sense to install better quality Bluetooth so people continue to pay monthly for the app. Not very good engineering and product management.

The installation went very smoothly, and they demonstrated what I needed to get going and verified that the Ampfit operated correctly. They also demonstrated the app for me.

Good product, Ok service.

The installers did their job; however, they left as soon as they finished bolting it to the wall. We expected a little introduction on how to use it, but they weren’t the guys for that.

The manual is sparse (with some AI typos), but the app is more helpful in getting going.

The equipment itself is very cool — great design and solidly built!

Don’t buy if you ever plan to move

Don’t buy if you ever plan to move. We love our amp but have been having such a hard time getting assistance moving. We have been told we “aren’t allowed to move it ourselves” we would lose our warranty if we did. Then paid $500 for JB Hunt to come move it for us and are now being told they don’t move locations only room to room. For what I paid for my amp I am extremely disappointed with this service. Everything up until now has been great, but moving has been a gray area that Amp hasn’t come across yet.

Our experience has unfortunately been marked by several delays and ongoing miscommunication that have impacted the overall outcome and timeline. Despite initial expectations and agreed-upon deadlines, progress has repeatedly stalled without clear updates or proactive communication. This has created unnecessary confusion and required repeated follow-ups to obtain basic information or next steps.

Clear, consistent communication is essential to building trust and maintaining momentum, and unfortunately that standard was not met here. We hope that moving forward, there will be more transparent updates, timely responses, and a stronger commitment to meeting agreed-upon timelines.

Your AMP, amplifies my experience!!

Thank you for seamless installation experience. The machine is amazing. It saves me time compared to Gym equipment. No time lost between sets, no weight changes, and no travel to gym. Your app is amazing. It keeps on showing the exercise video however, starts counting when I actually a start the set. There is no need to sync with the video. That’s Smart programming!! You have grouped exercises based on purpose and it allows me to creat my custom workout. The app remembers my strengths and adjusts accordingly for various routines. Hardly takes any space in my home and looks very inviting!!

Installation issue

Just before installation I received a box with an accessory 'rack' which was to be installed under the shelf of the unit. When the installers came on site they would only install the unit and NOT the rack because they said it didnt come in their box. Now I have a useless rack that I cannot install.
