Very easy doing it all on the website, Car was far better priced than most other sites. Couple of issues upon accepting delivery, car was advertised with no imperfections however myself and the driver noticed scratches all along the passenger side, just light scratches which will polish out. Phoned up about the issues and asked to send pictures in which once reviewed will be corrected.
Not heard anything about paintwork being corrected yet, have emailed 3 times now and even sent in more pictures once the shine came off the car. Paintwork is shocking. Bonnet, passenger side and driver side. Drumming noise from front passenger side wheel and brake pads need replaced. Won’t be keeping the car unless the paintwork gets corrected.

Great experience at Corby Warehouse. Summer was delightful. Gave us plenty of time to view the car and didn’t feel at all pressured. Other than a brief delay at the beginning of the appointment, was a very fast and easy process.

Its ironic that this review asks you to be honest , if cinch had been this in the first place i wouldn't be in this position , against my better judgement i decided to buy a car online from cinch,was assured that car had a 36000mls service on the 2nd Nov 25 almost exactly a year after the last one on the 3rd Nov 2024,(really!!!) anyway i picked up the car and the 2 key fob battery's were showing low but this wasn't a problem as the handover guy replaced them but how this couldn't have done before is beyond me , not long after leaving tyre pressure warning kept flashing up and the brakes were a bit weird , anyway i took it to a garage the next morning and they said that all the tyres were low and the brakes on looking at them were a bit rusty which would've indicated sitting for a while, i specifically asked cinch about the service and was told it was all on the database, i eventually managed to access this and the last recorded service was 3rd Nov 2024 , then i spent the next week emailing back and forth trying to get this sorted. this was a palava , the denial and deflection and basic bs was incredible. all i was asking for was proof that this service was carried out as everything was screaming that it hadn't, and they said it had and basically just to take there word on it, what's the point of this service database!! surely its to record servicing so that when individual's/companies/ come to sell the car/s a service history is available, this seems to have escaped cinch , in fact this would've been a cinch to do, this whole palava has been far from a cinch for me it has totally stressed me out , anyway after over a week of back and forth the car is being collected and i am being refunded, i gave them the option several times to arrange and pay for the full service and that would be the matter done with , but i am happy that its being refunded and hopefully that's on the day i hand it back as i have to buy another car, and i paid in full before i got it so this should apply , in fact i should be reimbursed for wasting my time , train tickets . taxi etc , i bought this car in good faith and basically lied to , they are just basically flipping cars, this is a massive motor group , but like a lot of big companies their to big to care or do things properly , based on my experience i would advise people to avoid this lot , i wish i had!!!!

Buying a car online, without seeing it was psychologically challenging for me. Especially used. However, we had little choice locally (either crazy mileage, price or most often both), and being with no car to drive around we turned to Cinch.
The great thing that is not discussed much, you can pay with 2 different cards, and you can pay with a credit card, while dealerships does not accept credit cards for big amounts. Why is it so great? Well, if you have a 0% purchase card then a full amount buy turns into monthly payments.
Now the car itself, we have no problem (knock on the wood 3x) it's basically brand new.
But Cinch has this 14 day money back guarantee and if I'm not mistaken you can swap cars few times if you're not happy with the first choice. The selection is huge, and very fair value.
It's the future.

I am not a person who normally complains, and I hate giving bad reviews.
However, my experience with Cinch has been utterly terrible. I have given 1 star, because the process or ordering and paying for the car was good. The Kia Proceed DY73 TDZ was just what I was after.
I paid for home delivery and selected a date. I took a day off work and waited. The upshot was that the car was not delivered but returned to the depot in Corby. Bearing in mind the car was now taxed and insured by me, and I had lost earnings, this was now starting to cost me money.
The delivery took 2 weeks to reschedule....and blow me, exactly the same thing happened again. Another day wasted!
I have now had a full refund and a £50 payment as compensation.
Cinch advertise as 'Cars without the faff'. Not in my case!!

I brought a mazda cx3 from them the engine warning ligth came on
Iwaited 10 days for technician to come to my house who than told be book it in with themselves waited another 2 weeks for a appointment.
They told the fixed it 2 weeks later engine warning ligth comes on and the car broke down waited 10 days for recovery. They told me they are keeping the car and charging me 45p per mile I drove

Bought a car from Cinch, paid upfront. Day of delivery, no email or contact to narrow down the delivery window (as their email the prior day promised), call and it is easy to smell there is a problem but the rep wont say, just to try call later. Get to end of the day, and after various calls to them, they eventually call me to say the car has a problem. I say OK, refund the car. They say they will do so and that it will be in my account within 48hours, often almost immediately after the call. 48 hours later and the cash is not in my account and I will now have to follow up with Cinch and I am expecting a whole load of excuses so they can keep hold of my cash for as long as possible.
I thought the concept of Cinch was good, but clearly it is the usual thing where dealing with machines does not work and the people that work there have no real ability to solve problems, they just have to follow an algorithm which wastes the time of the customer.
Oh, and btw, they will insist that you get insured and taxed before delivery and that is another whole load of time and expense to refund that they are not about to help you with very easily.
Update. I changed the rating to 2 star from 1 star as after 4 days I got the money back and they have sent me a letter that should help me recover my road tax. Thus, didn't get a car, messed around for a day, refund not instantaneous, only slightly out of pocked by the whole affair, but at least they didn't run away with the money.

I never imagined that I would buy a car online but a friend encouraged me to give it a go. The whole process was easy peasy from start to finish. Configuring my ideal car using the search filters, looking through all the available cars. I found my ideal car, beautiful colour, good mileage, all the things so was looking for. A few clicks of the keyboard, payment made with a combination of debit and credit cards. I’d bought a car! Chosen a delivery day and a time slot.
Within a couple of days I received an email with my green slip V5C/2 no. With a link so I could sort Road Tax.
A bit of patience waiting for the delivery day.
The delivery driver contacted me an hour before his arrival. On his arrival I proved my ID with my driving licence. Handing over the key he gave me a guided tour of the car outside and in. When I was happy he said ‘Enjoy your car and cheerio.
The whole process was so easy and trouble free.

I will say good no bad well finally my car was delivered but l was not impressed when they say all checks done on the intended day of delivery receive a call to say fuel Flap missing and the had to go back to Corby just for a fuel flap yet .Honestly all the way from the South West.
