Purchased two shower cabinets so far, all fit together really well. Excellent quality. The real benefit was where I made a mistake cutting the shower trim. I contacted Aurlanes support expecting to pay for the replacement part. Aurlane sent me the replacement part
free of charge under their parts warranty. Highly recommended

We have 2 properties (bed and breakfast) and we now have 5 Aurlane shower cubicles (bought at a local DIY store) which we have installed in the last few years. The design changed (improved) after the first 3.
They go together well, are all glass panels, good value for money and we get good comments from the guests.
I like the fact they have no silicon seals to go ugly.
We have 10 shower cabins between the 2 properties so we keep keep spare door wheels, flexi hoses, handset, mixer cartridges which can get damaged or wear. You can get some of the parts quite cheaply from China (ebay, wish etc).
We will replace the other old and yellowing 'plastic' cabins with these at some point.
Some things got worse with the new design implementation though - the packaging is no where near as robust, the flexi outlet for the waste is no longer included and the flexi tails for the hot and cold inlets are no longer included either despite a 20 Euro price hike. Frustratingly you don't find this out until you get the rather shrunken (A5 instead of A4) assembly instructions out - not a good change!!
So most of the plumbing parts are sourced from China, like many other manufacturers. I would certainly buy more of their products.

Terrible customer service from dismissive girl by email. Wrote to Managing Director 3 times. No reply from him either. The runners on my demi-ronde shower cabinet have rusted and disintegrated.

So I have placed an order and have had no response from Aurlane as the transporter contacted me as the packaging was very poor and the product is damaged and I have been sending Emails as well trying to call and no answer or replies
I am very unsatisfied with there service as they seem to ignore issues very unprofessional I am still waiting a response from them

Everything has gone together well and has been working well for two years.
Until something goes wrong...
Head office is in Paris and I must be on email number 15 now.
Still getting nowhere.
I think I have the part number I need but I'm not ordering it until they can provide some kind of technical information to show me the sizes etc....
Starting to bang head on the wall.
