I ordered jeans and they came in a week, looks just like the pic, i’d reccomend sizing up tho if u want baggy, but its perfect fit if u just order your actual size.

I’ve gotten a lot of decent clothing from this website. Everything seemed legit the first few times I ordered, however the last time I ordered from them, I ordered a hoodie “dagger hoodie”. On there site and instagram, the picture of the hoodie they show vs the one I got are two completely different hoodies. I’m not ever one to complain either but keep in mind this hoodie is 100 dollars. It’s not cheap and I expect to get what I order if I’m paying as much as I am. The original hoodie has a white wash around the entire hoodie. Which is the whole reason I ordered it to begin with. When I received it. There was literally no white wash on it at all. It was just a plain black hoodie. If I could show pictures here I would. I contacted them threw email to try to Atleast get a return on the product if anything at all. They emailed me back asking for more pictures. I sent them and then they ghosted me. I reached out again with no luck. Just be careful if you are gonna order from here. I’d recomend the jeans. But after that experience that’s about it.

Update:
They finally reached out threw email. They sent me a return link. However. They purposely waited until my return window had past to send me the return email. The last email i had sent them was October 14th my return window closed on the 19th. So I’m pretty sure they waited on purpose so that I couldn’t return the item. They waited 7 days to finally send me a return email they knew wouldn’t be accepted.

Scammers. I returned my items and never received a refund, very dodgy business do not support it.

I ordered a pair of pants on August 31 and so far (September 16) I have not received any news despite having asked what was happening with my order, scam web

They scammed me. I ordered a Hoodie on the 25th of July and they still didn’t pack it. I reached out via their contact formular. They said they will send me an email asap, I never got that email. I then reached out on their Instagram dms, they said the same thing. After no email for 2 days I asked again and they asked me lf I wanted to switch the Hoodie, I said no I just want the Hoodie I ordered and they are ghosting me since then.

100% Cotton well made hoodies. Came on the very last day (7 days after order placed) and the necklace is sturdy and comfortable. 4 stars only because I found out they don’t do returns for EU citizens but luckily I am happy with my order.

My package was delivered to the wrong address despite me providing the correct address. It’s been months of numerous emailing they finally had me submit a claim form just for them to say weeks later they can’t do anything. I wasted $40. I’m never ordering from them again.

My order came incomplete.
I placed the order for a hoodie and it simply didn’t arrive with the order.

It’s been weeks now with no answers and numerous emails to the company.

Very disappointed and I won’t be shipping with the company again.

I ordered a pair of shorts. They didnt ship for a whole week. I Emailed, no reply. DM’d on istagram, they replied “been in transit gang” with a screenshot of an order that was not mine. They promptly unsent the message, and told me it would ship monday. I received no updates so by wednesday i DMd again, they said the item was sold out. I asked them to swap it out with a medium ASAP and asked them to confirm it for me, they did not and today the Item is sold out. They wont reply to me and im asking for my money back because they keep wasting my time

they do not take returns from EU (which is illegal btw) so beware, i got 2 pieces, okay quality and price wasn't terrible but they do not fit me even though i checked the sizing, i cannot return them so I am stuck with 160eur worth of clothes i cant wear

I chatted with the owner of the company on IG before buying. I asked about fitting and all and he answered all my questions.

YOU CANT RETURN IN EUROPE! Which means you can’t just buy out of curiosity. The pants look insane and are easily my favorite. Great fit.

The other things also look really good but I haven’t ordered anything else.

Had some issues with shipping but the u real customer service made it ok got a unreleased shirt that ended up looking SICK amazing quality definitely paying for what you get stayed strong through washes and going to place another order for sure

They fixed my order when I needed an address change! My hoodie is definitely not black though, this is gray, which is okay but not what I ordered.

I absolutely loved it! The material was fantastic, and everything was just perfect. It fit true to size as well :))

they have a ''30 day return policy'' badge on their website when you click on an item and and look at the sizes. False advertisement, you have to click on the badge to then read it when they could just write it from the start. dont buy at a company that does this!!!!!!

I have ordered from Insomnia Visuals countless times. Ever since they released their Scream hoodie. I have never had complications, and my interactions with customer service have been pleasant. They do not accept returns on sale items, but they do provide a free gift or discount which is nice! Good quality clothes as I wear almost everything to the gym, and it all holds up.

Solid garms for a solid price imo. Other stores charging $120+ for similar quality hoodies. Came to my door a little over a week, not bad!!
