I payed 230$ for 3 items and the payment did not even went through. It backed up saying that there was a error - but my money is gone and the team support is not responding to my mails. Im callin my bank tomorrow, so maybe they gonna help me.

I initially doubted to buy from here, because of other reviews but i do not have any complaints. My package came in time, the quality is really good and they even gave me some stickers. The customer service was really nice too, i can only recommend this brand.

I submitted an order 30 days ago and have not received any response or refund.

This company operates out of China and ships delivery from that location.

I leave it to you to determine whether you wish to engage in business with them.

I ordered the Vex denim, Item came, it came with good tracking also, and fast dispatch. The item was pretty much as displayed in the images, however the jeans really stink of strong chemicals so i suggest you carefully wash it out with some baking soda or something. Other than that its pretty good for its price.

Customer Fraud!!!! 0 Accountability!!!!

I ordered from Insomnia Visuals after being assured by their team that all duties, taxes, and fees would be included in the final price at checkout, especially since I am located in Switzerland. Unfortunately, upon receiving my order, I was hit with an additional CHF 48.- in customs and clearance fees, which completely contradicts what I was told AND what is written on their Website.

To make matters worse, I was informed that the item was declared as being worth only $5 on the customs form, despite the much higher price I paid on the website. This undervaluation seems to have caused discrepancies with Swiss customs, leading to unexpected charges that should have been avoided which I had to pay. And the worst part was, when I reached out to them about the unexpected fees, I was told by their "Customer Service" that apparently the Swiss Customs were trying to fraud me, and not Insomnia Visuals. How Scandalous, this gotta be a joke!

This issue not only reflects poor customer service but also raises concerns about the accuracy of customs declarations. Underreporting the value of goods can potentially violate both US export regulations and Swiss import laws, which is a serious concern. It’s not the Swiss authorities at fault here – it’s the result of Insomnia Visuals company’s incorrect customs declaration.

I also feel misled by the pricing and terms stated on your website, which clearly indicated that all fees would be included in the price. This is not just inconvenient; it could be considered a violation of consumer protection laws in both Switzerland and the US.

I’ve reached out to your team multiple times by E-Mail and have been ignored for over a month now. I am still waiting for a resolution. I expect a full refund of the CHF 48.- charged for customs and a formal apology for this entire ordeal.

Plus the quality of the Item really isn't that good either it's like similar to AliExpress quality.

In general, I do not recommend ANYONE to buy anything from them, as the pricing, quality, especially customer service and basically everything else about this brand is extremely disappointing, sketchy and scandalous.

I can’t speak to the clothing quality, but I ordered a tapestry that shipped from China and arrived pretty quickly. I was hesitant to order at first, worried it might be a scam, but from what I can tell, they’re legit.

They do not accept return on sale items, (but they say in small letters in the website that they accept returns which is clearly done to deceive customers), also quality of clothing is not that good as it looks, i would say cheap. / This is someone who has made a wide variety of purchases online. First of all, I would like to talk about the quality of the clothing. For the prices it has, I can safely say that it is a Rip-off. The quality is comparable to that of Shein and Aliexpress, which costs 1/4 of the price. I don't usually give negative reviews, and that's even though I've bought from a variety of websites. I don't recommend it 100%. You can find the same quality on the previous sites and at a much lower price in comparison.
