Kiwi.com is cheap but I have a question but there is no way you can contact a real human agent. All are robots. The telephone that they gave, they never answer.

Ticket Pricing Bait and Switch

Two days in a row, Kiwi.com quoted me an airfare price (via Kayak.com) and then when I tried to buy the tickets on the Kiwi.com webpage, it raised the price in mid-transaction. I believe this is because I declined to purchase travel insurance for my tickets (the ticket price increased both days right after declining to buy insurance). Totally unethical. Don't bait and switch with a lower price if it really requires me to buy travel insurance (and pay a higher price) to get it. (Kiwi.com is asking for a booking number. I backed out of booking bec they raised the price during the booking process...twice. So no booking number, just wasted time and feeling manipulated)

STAY AWAY

Honestly with other booking sites that I have used, most would offer a 24 hour free cancellation period, but nah, I have to wait up to 14 business days to hear back if I can even get a refund, oh on top of that, losing out on their "recovery fee." Yeah, definitely staying away from this website once my trips are complete cause this is terrible. Haven't even heard back from customer service AT ALL.
