Staff were extremely helpful, they're knowledge and expertise was very much appreciated. Nothing was a problem. Prompt and friendly service. Very good value.

I found them to be very helpful Damien in the showroom gave us excellent customer service.Also the delivery guys were so helpful. We are old age pensioners .They set the power recliners up for us and they took the time to explain everything to us .I found the company had good customer service and excellent staff.

My parents ordered a timber floor,these are carpet people🤣the staff from Paul Damien and James from the first day we stepped into the shop were absolutely fantastic,floor was fitted today and they were over the moon,Jimmy who fitted it was 100%the only complaint was he finished too soon🤣my dad was looking forward to a cuppa and a chat with him🤣Highly recommend and would you believe my house needs a new floor…wonder where I’ll go🤣

I recently purchased flooring for my sitting room from Lawlor’s Furniture and Flooring, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. From the start, the sales team were incredibly helpful. I explained that I had a pet and needed something durable, and they guided me toward the perfect choice. They took care of everything and the store followed up promptly regarding delivery.

The delivery was seamless — I received a call a couple of days in advance to confirm the date and time, and they were very accommodating of my schedule. I had a school run to do, and by the time I returned, the delivery man was waiting for me .

Overall, I had a fantastic experience with Lawlor’s, and I highly recommend them for their excellent service and attention to detail.”

I have bought from Lawlors on a few occasions! The staff are super friendly,helpful and genuine! I bought the floors for my whole house and a super comfy superking mattress recently . The quality of their furniture , floors and mattresses are second to none!

Got my carpet for stairs and landing from Lawlors. Had absolutely no problems. Found them to be very efficient and professional. I’ll be getting my next flooring from them. Have it already picked out.

Damien and the team couldn't have done any more for us. We bought our carpet and wood flooring from them and we are delighted with the quality of them. The showroom is full of so many different styles that it would be near impossible to not find what your looking for. I couldn't recommend Lawlors highly enough.

I've been a customer for years and recently bought a new couch and chair, Jordan was a pure gentleman, and was so helpful I then went back a week later for some new flooring, I don't remember the girls name but she was brilliant also, I would 100% recommend Lawlers

Ignore all the haters... Things get delayed and while it's easy to blame the shop it's not their fault if the order doesn't arrive.

Damien and team were a dream to deal with got flooring off them, came out to measure the floor, thank god they did. I was going to go buy stuff online and get someone to fit it. But I didn't realise my floor needed to be levelled and wasn't right after us lifting the previous floor

Damien and lads came out sorted Al the levelling compound the the lads came and fitted the floor.

Fitted me in when he could Coz my original date for fitting has to be delayed Coz of the floor needing to be leveled. Nothing was a drama and now I have an amazing floor.

I recently purchased an Absolutely Beautiful couch (Dark Navy) in Lawlor's Furniture & Flooring in Carlow town for my sitting room. It took me a while to find a really good coach that I liked as it can be difficult in making up your mind when there are so many good coaches to choose from. I needed to pick a coach that offered me good support for my back whilst also standing out as a focal point in the room & it certainly did exactly that & more. I chose a three seater coach which gives plenty of room for more than two people and enough room for me to relax & go to sleep on. The cushion fillings & arm rests are very supportive & comfy & there is no doubt that I was lucky enough to make the right choice with the Staff at Lawlors Furniture on the day; A Huge Thank you to you all, I will Definitely be back.. I don't recommend, please stay away of this shop, I got 2 bedframes and paid 50%, they gave me 3 weeks of delivery time, after 3 weeks I never received any update, I went to the shop and they said it would take 3 more weeks due to some issues in the warehouse, after 3 more weeks I called the shop, they had no idea about the delivery time, I was told that the manager would call me to explain, it never happened, the lady said he was too busy to contact me, in the end I went to the shop and requested my refund, no apologies, no explanation, this shop does not deserve any credit, they don't know how to treat a customer, if you want to avoid such kind of stress, stay away of Lawlor's Furniture.

Fabulous store with lots of great items and I received my order very quickly very pleased :)

Absolutely awful company customer service is appalling, paid over 3 weeks ago for an item supposedly in stock , every time you ring they say you should have heard from the courier .

Recently had floors fitted in our new home in Kildare. I found the knowledge of the staff in Lawlors superior to other places we had visted. From our initial consultation right through to the installation by Michael and his team to be very professional and an easy process from start to finish. Would highly recommended and we will certainly be back to purchase furniture in the future.
