Great Product per price, i bought two shoe racks

I ordered a long reach battery operated chain saw. I was told it would arrive between 4th and 11th November. When I had not heard by the 10th and chased it only to be told it was out o stock until January. I have a refund but they clearly have no idea what they are doing . Avoid this outlet.

Advertised as pergolas curtains by Gabriel outdoor waterproof blackout curtains what arrived was nothing but the opposite not waterproof not blackout just cheap polyester material beware if thinking of ordering these as a complete rip off

Much as I feel for the few that are writing bad reviews about Mano Mano, my experiences have been nothing but exceptional. I wanted to express my thanks to their customer service and was blow away by the bad reviews. Like I said, I do feel for those having problems, however, there is another side.
Back in October 2022 I ordered 3 stainless steel bathroom cabinets, these all arrived very promptly, no problems at all.
One of these cabinets developed a fault, basically, it looked like the mirror was coming away, it was only small on one corner but looked awful, I sent customer services and email about this, including a picture on Monday 28th July 2025 as they had a 10 year garrentee, on Tuesday I received an email asking me whether I would like a refund or replacement, and today, Wednesday 30th July 2025 the replacement arrived by DHL.
So, amongst all the bad reviews, I would like to say a massive thank you to Mano Mano for their service, I am just so impressed I felt it needed the mention.

Order what order blame it on IT problems over a month waiting and then try to give you another delivery time within a month full refund requested to be told it’s 14 days strange how they have your money same day avoid at all costs

Lied to me to secure order £155.

Once placed. order cancelled as "no stock" ... then read writes at £210 !!

The whole business model i thick is no stock, but advertise the lowest price, take order, then try to source at a profit. If not found in the trade, they cancel the order! Just a waste of my time.

Ordered item at £150. bought extra parts for it.

On day of delivery they lied and said "non on stock, order cancelled"

... but website still selling them, at £200. Plenty in stock. Basically, they're scammers.

Shocking service! Placed an order and no confirmation received, and on My Order in the Mano Mano system it did not show the order. So ordered again, then over two hours later received order acknowledgement for both orders. Asked Mano Mano to cancel one of the orders, two orders then shipped. After four calls with Mano Mano, i called their supplier and fixed the issue.

Bought a garden shed last month from this company and i wish i never used them. The quality of the laminated shed panels is dangerous and so poor; we cut our hands all over due to the unfinished panel cutting we were sent, with sharp edges and corners. Majority of holes were not pre-drilled and took us an extra three hours to measure and then drill them.
Instructions were pathetic, may as well not included them in the packing, just as well as same support.
They have clearly been google translated into English from whatever language and the translation on the manual must be interpreted and guessed to what it means to say.....absolutely so poor and so un-professional.
My best advice to anyone looking to use H&O Direct is to NOT do it and go for a more reliable company.
From an healthy and safety point of view the item is a hazard concern.
As soon as they collected the money, they have disappeared, contacted them many times for three different issues and they never replied to any of my 4 emails….how convenient and strategic……

I have still not received my order yet two weeks after placing the order. Trying to resolve has been an absolute nightmare as unable to contact anyone to discuss over the phone, and have had no response by email. About to request a refund through my bank. Absolutely appalling service.

Jings, what a company. I ordered An Item for £299.99. I received confirmation and an expected delivery date between the 14th and 16th.

Sadly, I assumed the item would be delivered on those dates; silly me.

On the 16th, I received an email from the dreaded "Yodel" saying they had my parcel and would deliver it on the 20th!

I contacted Mano Mano to ask why and was assured it would be delivered by the 17th.......Not

I spoke to 2 different customer services folk who just passed the buck between the seller and the Courier....

Mano Mano is, as far as I am concerned, the people I paid for the item; they take little responsibility.

Please shop elsewhere as The service from many, many more online sources is more reliable than this lot.

Terrible attitude and very poor service, they blame everyone rather than taking ownership of their issues.

I cannot fault them, I was extremely dubious reading the reviews I had read but I ordered using a credit card for safety and had no issues at all. Customer service was great and they delivered as promised, what I had ordered at a much cheaper price than I had seen anywhere else.

Ordered 3 items. 2 received, 1 AWOL. Tracking Link doesn't work and ZERO communication from Mano Mano despite emailing twice. Not impressed.

End January I ordered from M M France. Little did I know that they sub contracted to a company in Italy. Transport by DPD never arrived and then DPD returned produ t without notification action. Throughout MM kept telling me as their client to contact Italian Company or transport company. They were unwilling to stand up as sellers to meet EU rules on selling. Eventually reimbursed me 20 March. Very poor showing for a company of their stature.

Fantastic prices and great service every time for me, not sure why others think this company isn’t good but I personally couldn’t fault them

Bought a nest of table from Mano Mano on 12th November 2023, I cancelled the order I’m plenty of time it was showing not dispatched yet but still they delivered the nest of tables. O contacted Roz home who sell through Mano Mano to request a return they replied saying return to using your local currier service, but they failed to add a return address. When I tried to message Roz Home, it would allow me to reply to their message. I contact Mano, Mano on the virtual assistance, and they messaged Roz Home on my behalf then Roz Home sent me a return address without a company name just numbers I investigated, to see where this number was and there were 2 companies with this number so I didn’t send it back I need to endure it was the correct business.. ask Roz home for the company they replied with my own address. I do not advise anyone to shop through Roz Home through Mano Mano I am still stuck with the nest of tables

I wanted to order a tap from here but after reading the reviews I was very sceptical. So I ordered through Klarna just incase the item never arrived. However it arrived within 2 days and was just as described.

Terrible service..a company called e- DElux have supposedly supplied Mano mano with a product I was interested in...they have completely bodged my order & I am now having to calm down an aggravated Customer..Not happy I've actually spoke to another Robot who's only answer is MMmmmm.this time in French Ffs..can I give a minus 10 score????

Rubbish all thieves take your money an do very little to help. So if you order pray you don’t have to return anything , it’ll cost you upwards of £50 an either get damaged or go missing . I used these a lot
