I purchased a kid bed from SKLUM . The bed broke in the middle while my child hopped on it, he is far below the weight the bed claims it can hold. which is a serious safety issue. A children’s product should never fail in this way.
I contacted customer service multiple times but received no response. This lack of support is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the company’s reliability.

No one still contacted me….I am trying already for a few days to initiate a contact with Sklum to cancel my order. And so far I have loads of emails which were never replied and promises from Sklum on Trustpilot to proceed with order cancellation and get in touch with me, which they never did! The order is EOSJCCPHI . I demand to cancel it as a customer according to EU Consumer Rights Directive I am allowed to cancel my order within two weeks of purchase. It’s been already a few frustrating days since I’m trying to get in contact with Sklum

We have ordered a 1000 pounds table three weeks ago and we only got the foot of the table delivered. The delivery man was simply incredibly rude and said he had no clue where the rest of the table was. We are in contact with customer service but they say they will come back to us in 15 business days…. I already had the same bad experience few years ago, I should not have tried again with them. I can’t imagine we have paid 1000 pounds for this. And we now have a massive table foot in our kitchen without any table top … point less ! Never order from Sklum, it always turns out to be a nightmare!
Sklum Spain. Two orders never received because the transporter couldn’t find my house. Third order wrong table. After half a year of battle I just gave up. Too much anger , bad energy and time. It’s insane how a company can get away with this.
My worst online shopping experience in 20 years. I made 2 orders and both were catastrophic. One arrived broken, the other never arrived.
Their customer service took one month to answer and after a long useless discussion, they refused to give a full refund.
Basically, I gave them money, and got nothing in return. Pure scam !

I ordered a vanity cabinet from SKLUM (Order #JFUDNBFNY) but was sent a ceramic table instead. After receiving the wrong item, I reached out to SKLUM multiple times but never received any meaningful response. Only after escalating through PayPal did they reply, asking me to arrange a return at my own cost. When I insisted that it is their responsibility to organize the pickup, they repeatedly claimed they couldn’t act due to an ongoing PayPal dispute.
They only replied when it's not committing. When they replied, it's basically "dispute is active, can't do anything". Even after PayPal dispute has lapsed, they still pretend it's active and said the same thing. When I showed screenshot that there's no more dispute, then they just went silent. Not a single word back.
For future buyers: avoid SKLUM unless you are ready to escalate immediately. Your escalation options include PayPal disputes and claims, credit card chargebacks, complaints through ECC, and the European Small Claims Procedure (ESCP). Do not expect timely or honest communication from their customer service.
There is even a Facebook group dedicated to warning others about these ongoing issues. Save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere.

I ordered 4 garden chairs in June , waited a month to receive them , when they arrived in the correctly labelled box , they contained the wrong number / style/colour. In fact nothing right. I complained via the customer services , when i went to my account it said I had no order History. So I could not complain or return the items via online return . Basically the replacement arrived a few days ago - ready to be put away for the winter . The event I had bought them for came and went .
The communication with this company is terrible , the delivery companies don't alert you to deliveries and left the items behind a garage. I have heard nothing from the company since.
I chose this company as a garden designer recommended them on her website .
Purchase with care . Items great , prices good . Service awful, part of the return form is in Spanish too

I received broken set Mencia night tables, which I sent back to sklum. On 26.09.2025 sklum sent email with confirmation that the refund was processed and I should receive my money back in 10-15 days.
This declared time has already passed and I am still left without money or the product itself.....
Their phone callcenter doesn't even work... It is permanently out of operation whenever I call... (Poland)

As a restaurant we ordered table with marble top. The corners of top has broken in first day and after 6 months use, one table broke in half while customers sit by it. And we realised other 4 tables has many cracks all through the table top. We asked replacement but in the end sklum only agree to replace one. And when it arrives, we opened package and found it has broken also. We again ask their help. Without any apologies, sklum endlessly asked us to provide pictures and video which we already did. So we don't have time to continue the discussion because we have real business we need to focus on. You might bought products fine with them but when it comes problem, it's time you realise if this company is professional or not.

Bought the product 16 days ago (14 business days), no feedback whatsoever. Tracking number doesn't work (filling the postal code + tracking number just gives you a white page), can't contact them - "We are currently out of business hours or our agents are not available. Our business hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 14:00 p.m" It's 9h30 already.
I'm just feeling scammed, tbh. Half a month already, no tracking, can't contact customer support.
Avoid this store if you don't want headaches.

Ordered two chairs and a table on Sklum but they sent only the table legs not the table. They also sent legs of a coffee table that I didn't order. Registered this as a incident in my account regarding the incident but never got a response.
I have received an email from the delivery company for my order YKLSPBVEC but after more then 2 weeks my parcel have not been delivered.
I wrote en email and I had no answer.

If you paid more PERSONAL attention to incoming complaints, then you wouldn't be this busy replying here. As I wrote in my reply to "this is the general email address, for complaints please visit our website"-mail to your company: I will give your company two weeks to reply PERSONALLY and with a satisfying solution. If not I will take other steps, I have all the time in the world and can't be more determined. As I said earlier: costumer rights must exist in Spain as well. I read some reviews here saying they have been waiting for months, absolutely ridiculous. You must be ashamed of yourselves.
Worthless aftersales, non-existing is the best word for it. Notified Sklum immediately when my product arrived, since it has stains on it, which is not acceptable for me. There is no possibility to get into touch with Sklum personally. No phone, no live chat, no email. I have already written a review here on Trustpilot. Within hours Sklum has responded. However, in the same idiotic way as they have done with EVERY single complaint on Trustpilot. They say they are sorry to hear, will be in touch as soon as possible and you will be contacted via Trustpilot. Well, I am doubting the first one, there has been no contact yet, so believing the second thing they say is quite hard too and lastly: I wonder why consumers have to be contacted via Trustpilot? That's just plain rubbish, since my guess is that most consumers have already tried contacting them via their website. Sklum must be aware of people's personal email adresses, right?
Please do not buy at Sklum's. They have ZERO respect for the customer.

I submitted a return request on 09/10/2025 for a damaged marble table (Order ZAALTUIYI). The status still says “Confirmation Pending.”
The item arrived cracked through the marble top - I’ve attached clear photos showing the full-depth damage.
Could you please confirm when my return will be approved and the collection arranged? I can't get hold of anyone. Can you provide an email? Or WhatsApp business number?
