I emailed customer service about a disappointment I had, with my recent purchase, not a perfume I thought I was getting, not their fault, however to me it didn’t smell the same as it did from the discovery set I had bought. He had no issues helping me. Wow their customer service is fast, Brian P. was so friendly and helpful to me. Not to mention I emailed late close to 10pm and got a response. He is quick to help with anything. I appreciate his options for me and the dedication to Oakcha to making the customer happy. I will always order from Oakcha, they are a wonderful company making huge waves in the fragrance world. I love their perfumes and at such great prices! My favorite so far is definitely sweven!

Returns are a hassle, the mystery perfume is horrible.

I love Dossier so I wanted to try another dupe brand for fragrances. The first I tried was Madam Rose (Delina dupe). I was really impressed by how close the scent was. This last purchase I actually tried their signature scents from the candy collection. Cotton clouds and watermelon jam were amazing, long lasting and yummy. The problem was in Pink Euphoria and the mystery scent “Body Water.” Pink euphoria smelled nothing like the notes. It’s supposed to be reminiscent of skittles, but it smelled so strongly of alcohol I couldn’t stand the smell to the point of taking a shower. Trying to find the notes for body water was impossible and they no longer make it, and I can see why. It literally smelled like nothing, literally as if I had sprayed a slightly musky water. I understand it is a free scent, but do not expect anything nice, it seems like it’s just their discontinued stock.

To return or exchange you have to pay for the shipping back (I thought it was like Dossier where it’s free so that’s on me). It’s not like I mind it, but this creates such a big hassle for the consumer I will probably just bite the bullet and toss the two fragrances I hated which feels like a waste.

I've purchased 7 fragrances so far and they have all been wonderful scents. I haven't had a brand last for hours as long as oakcha does. They also take immediate action when a mishap has happened with their products. And I appreciate how they handle customers.

Oakcha doesn't just have amazing perfumes but also a great costumer service.

I bought Candy Clouds and it's truly an amazing perfume it has huge potency and it smells similar to perfumes that are 3 times more expensive.

With just 2 sprays you have enough to smell like delicious caramel for hours.

Their costumer service is great too, I was temporarily in the US and had to take a plane back to my country, they sent the perfume a bit earlier so I could have it before leaving and they very kindly answered to my emails when I was concerned about not getting the perfume on time.

I am super grateful

They helped me make an exchange when I didn’t care for one of the scents. So far the team has been amazing and very helpful throughout the process.

I love Oakcha. I started buying this brand of perfume in July. I blind buy all my perfumes from here. I follow a lot of perfume lovers and other sites to get an idea if I might like the perfume. Customer service is great, you get to speak to real people. They handle any issue quickly. Shipping is always fast for me and I love every scent I have purchased from them. I will always come back to add to my collection.

I purchased Verse 22 (Dior Sauvage dupe), Ineffable (Creed Aventus Dupe) and a fragrance for my wife (I don't remember the name).
I was blown away by the quality of the perfumes. All three perfumes smell absolutely amazing, and are VERY long lasting. The two perfumes I bought for myself project really nicely even after 7-8 hours.

10/10 recommend. I'll definitely be buying again.

I have ordered a perfume as a gift from Oakcha and although it was my first time and l was hesitant, Oakcha did not disappoint. I was really glad that they loved the Jasmine perfume from Oakcha (that l could get at a very reasonable price and time;)!! The shipping was also very fast.

I reordered the same perfume and this time there was a delay but thanks to the great customer service, l didn’t face a lot of trouble and the staff were very great at communicating and solving my issue.

This is my third order with Oakcha live the products and customer service. Awesome company . I get tons of compliments on my fragrance. I will continue to order and support this business. I chose the wrong shipping address for my order and emailed them and within minutes they responded and corrected my error. Great customer service.

If your trying to make the decision on trying these perfumes go for it you wont be disappointed at all... I've got 3 orders and around 15 bottles receive either paid or got as free gifts and only a couple is not for me the rest are great with ¼ of them my favs ... and all blind buys as well just have to read the notes of the perfumes and go buy smells u love or watch/reads the reviews to help with the decisions I prefer soft/subtle scents and my favs scents are tropicals, vanilla and cherry and my favs so far are *cotton clouds (marshmallow vanilla)

*that girl (vanilla)
*mango hour

Others I have are :

*sand and sea (very strong /too strong for me but does smell good )

So all in all great company and have have no complaints. just one suggestion is for them to have a way to either have a preference for genders on mystery gifts they give out like either have it on the profile of the person or when u make an order with the free gift to have you choose the preference option (female, male , unisex or no preference) so that way they could choose based on preference... like me who is female got 2x the ineffable as gifts and have no male in my life to give it too so now stuck with 2 bottles cant use

I am new to Oakcha. I had seen their advertisements on Facebook but only scrolled by because I figured it was just another gimmicky brand. They were running a really good special and decided to give them a try.

Let me start by saying the packaging was giving EXPENSIVE. I love it. I purchased Madame Rose and Nebula. Ladies if you don’t get your a$$ over to their page and snatch these you will regret it.

Madame Rose is give high society Baddie. It smells AMAZING 😻. The scent is beautiful.

Nebula had me turning my own damn self on! LOVE IT!

Oakcha Bae-Bay you hit the mark with these.

I have ordered from oakcha a few times now, all the way from Australia (company based in US). Since there are no stockists in my country yet, i was at first a little afraid I may not like any of the smells, so I started with a few sample packs and IMMEDIATELY fell in love with the perfumes and just had to buy more. Then with that new order I got more sample kits and loved even more! Now I have an ever growing collection which I use on the daily. The scents last all day long and are such high quality. Even the staff and responses are super quick and super friendly. Highly recommend this company, they are a game changer!

The dupe for Tom ford lost cherry smells like cough syrup - would not reccomend

My package was unfortunately lost but Craig S. with customer service was able to resolve it in a pleasant and timely manner. The perfumes I bought have now arrived and smell fantastic! Will certainly be buying from them again. Thanks to Oakcha and Craig! :)

I placed an order during a buy three, get one free promotion. I received my package and there were three bottles so in my mind I thought maybe it was buy two, get one free, but it was bothering me so I checked my credit card and order confirmation and realized it was in fact buy three get one. I emailed customer service about the incomplete delivery, and Brian P. was very responsive and helpful. They will be shipping the missing bottle to me. The scents that I bought are amazing and I’m excited to try the fourth one when it arrives.
