After receiving merchandise that wasn't a proper fit the customer service staff made it right by allowing me to reorder and give me a credit towards my purchase thanks to everyone that was involved I will continue to order from your company and share the good news

I ordered a new product per sizing chart and the fit wasn't quite right. I contact support and they offered to send a new item in a different size.

The bra fits somewhat well but both cups on both bras have permanent creases and wrinkles that are visible through most of my shirts because of how they were folded and packaged.

I order 3 bras in october and i'm still haven't received my order. It's beennin transit for almost a month in some warehouse and nobody knows when it's suppose to move. I had to talk serveral time at the custumer service and the only thing they did it’s offer me 10% off on my next purchase. I mean, i'm not gonna purchase from them anymore with this service and delay.
UPDATE : They did not reach out to me with a plan, as say in the reply. So, i do not recommand this compagny. I fear i will never receive my order..

My order arrived on time. Two bras did not fit well so I asked for a return. Quick, easy and a discount on top. The other two fit perfect and felt like a cloud. I absolutely love the product. I plan on purchasing again as I need more to stock my drawers. All my other bras are not cutting it anymore. Company is awesome to deal with. Canadian buyer and future buyer here.

I received a defective cup in the gel bra I ordered. As requested I sent pics of the bra and customer service was quick and understanding of the issue. A replacement bra was immediately offered. Its only been a week and shipping to me in Canada takes longer so I haven't received the replacement bra yet. The customer service was excellent! I'm hoping to review the same on the bra once I receive it.

I have not received my complete order or an explanation of where my items are. You still have my money. This order was placed November 12th. The tracking says in process. I have had no response from Shecurve.

I had issues with sizing of an order and the customer service team was very prompt with their replies and resolved the issue right away. Would 100% recommend these products to anyone.

Took 4 weeks and repeated emails to customer service to get just 1/2 of my order. Customer service was very nice. Production seems to be the problem. I was told by customer service that they make the items when they get the order. But, then, after following up several times to get the rest of my order, was told that 1 of the items was out of stock. How is it "out of stock" if they're made when the order comes in? I decided to cancel the rest of the order and was told that 1 of the 2 items was in stock. So why didn't they ship it to me? Good question.
Considering the availability of equal or better quality products from other vendors, this company is not worth your time, trouble, and certainly not your money.
The part I did receive was very cheaply made, but I did pay $8 for 1 pair of underwear. $8 seems about right. But I can get better product elsewhere for $8. After the first wash the underwear waistband started to come loose. Hadn't even worn it yet.
Seems to take repeated contact with customer service to get even part of your order.
Again, everyone was nice, polite, professional. But their production line seems to be failing them.

The quality of the bra was not as advertised. I am still waiting on 2 more bras that will be returned and two dresses. When trying to return the 2 items I have received customer service offered me a $20 credit or a $40 credit no option to return with a full refund. I am extremely dissatisfied and am still waiting on 4 more items.
