The quality of the bra was not as advertised. I am still waiting on 2 more bras that will be returned and two dresses. When trying to return the 2 items I have received customer service offered me a $20 credit or a $40 credit no option to return with a full refund. I am extremely dissatisfied and am still waiting on 4 more items.

I haven’t had a bad experience with secure out of the times that I have ordered. I would say that customer response was great on one of my orders that I received was incorrect, but them making that experience painless and compositing made all the difference when it comes to customer satisfaction.

I ordered a faja from Shecurve 11/9/2025. I ordered a large based on the measurements but when I received it didnt fit. I reached out to them for an exchange and they were very helpful with getting me te size I needed. Will definitely shop with them again.

I ordered 4 bras, 2 of each style. 1 style fit, but the other one ran big and didn't fit right. I emailed 'support' and received a response promptly. ILO of a return, I got to keep the 2 larger ones and SheCurve replaced them with new bras of my choosing. I just received confirmation that it will be shipped out today. Don't know what I'd do with the ill-fittings pairs.. FYI... the Seamless Deep V Push Up is the style I liked. The Seamless Soft Comfort Jelly Strip Wireless was the style that was too big. Before ordering from this company I emailed them to confirm their returning shipping address so I could calculate the risk of needing to return bras that didn’t fit. After several emails back and forth, misunderstanding my question, they finally answered my question saying “ I completely understand your concern regarding return shipping costs, especially when it comes to sizing. At SheCurve, we have multiple warehouses, and your order will be dispatched from the nearest location to your shipping address in Rockhampton, QLD, Australia.
This means that the return shipping address will also be the closest warehouse, which can help minimize your return shipping costs. However, the specific address will depend on the warehouse that fulfills your order.“
This is absolutely a lie! They have no intentions of letting you return the items. They only offer a refund of 50% of the purchase price or a replacement bra in a different size.
I even calculated the return shipping cost of $30ish and emailed them telling them I wished to return the items and they insisted I take the 50% refund or a replacement bra.
I have been communicating regularly with them which has been relatively prompt and regular but they now tell me this “ I understand your feelings, because most of our goods are in the warehouse in Hong Kong, only a small number of goods are shipped from abroad, and our factory is also in Hong Kong, so our returns are uniform but sent back to Hong Kong. Hope you can understand. I implore you to accept our compensation package.”
They are completely dishonest and a business with no moral compass.
Do not purchase items from this company.

My issue is that I emailed you before ordering to avoid return issues, and you assured me that you have several return warehouses and that it wouldn't be a problem.Then, when I went through the return process, you gave me the address. I calculated the return shipping cost, opted to return the items, and you only offered two options: a 50% refund or a replacement for half my order. Communication has been frustrating as it feels like you haven't understood my emails, so I have had to explain myself several times.
I appreciate your latest email and can see that customer service is important to you. We have come to an agreement that we are both happy with.

The first bra I ordered was great. So I decided to get two more in a different color and I decided to change the size after I had already submitted my order.I emailed the support team, asked them to change the size.They gladly did. And then, when the product arrived and I realized that the size I changed it to was too small. They sent me 2 replacements in a larger size. The customer service was quick and efficient, great communication, and I love the product.

Sizing was off. I followed the chart and its too big. Doesn't fit properly even after tightening. Fabric is great. Delivery great. I just wish sizing chart wasnt off so I could wear it... its unfortunate for the price paid.

The most ill fitting bras I've ever bought and the cups arrived with deep creases in them that I can see through my shirt. The band rolls up through my shirt and digs into my ribs. Not sure why.
