when I placed the order I mistakenly put wrong address in another country! received email to say that this was corrected. But when email came to say it was on its way - wrong address was showing! despite several more emails there has been no response from customer support with info on what's happening. No news since 4 days

Ordered items 26.11, 03.12 received email that they have my order, 09.12 received email asking me to give them a review on how my experience was with them. Do this is my review.

Do not waste your resources on them.

Spent over £100 for one pan 2 weeks ago, still not arrived, now they are asking me to review it!!!!
Wish I’d checked TRUSTPILOT before I’d ordered it. What an idiot I am.

I have ordered goods worth over £250. Received an email on 3 December telling me my parcel was ‘on the move’ and tracking details wouldfollow when with courier.
This morning I received an email asking me to review my goods!
This is a bit difficult when no goods have arrived! Where are they?.

Be aware!!

The products are generic made in China,
and you can find the exact identical product sold elsewhere without their Siraat logo, for half the price (even with blackfriday sale).

I purchased 7 items together and only two out of the 7 were delivered, and they would not respond to my messages and emails. The quality of the utensil delivered was ridiculously cheap, the packaging was cheap and it came from China, along with a BS cheap paper of supposed quality assurance check guarantee,
So I researched them and that is what I found; They have no store, it is not a real brand, it is just a website, and they get their products from a factory in China that sells their products to any buyers in bulk, they just get the factory to print their logo on it which is a service the factory offers. I know because I have experience in that field.
They say Siraat means straight in Arabic, IT DOESN'T mean straight, and "straight" is the opposite of what they are.

Ordered a pan but wasn’t flat so not fit for purpose. Got in touch with customer service and supplied them with photographs of the pan and they said they would replace it. This was weeks ago and have sent two emails to chase up the replacement to which neither have been replied to.

*Update - still waiting to hear directly from this company despite their reply to this review. It seems they reply to bad reviews so on the surface they look like they’re doing something but the reality is im still no further on! will update again in a couple of days but looks like i will have to get a charge back from my bank.*
Im still waiting for my pans for over 2 weeks now. No reply to any of my emails or msgs from what I’m seeing this looks like a scam avoid buying from this awful company at all cost!!!!

I am from NZ. I ordered a wok 10 days ago, still have received no shipping information just a generic email saying they are so busy with all the Black Friday orders but are working 'night and day' to get the orders shipped. I started getting worried and checked this site which I clearly should have done before I purchased. Emailed the company and got this reply:

"Hi xxxx,
Thank you for your order. I totally understand that it can be frustrating not to see any tracking yet.

Your package is already on its way but tracking only becomes available once it clears customs in your country. I’m keeping an eye on it myself and will make sure to send you the link the moment it's ready.

I’ve marked your case as a priority so I can assist you even faster if needed. Thank you again for your patience 🙏"

I have never heard of tracking only becoming available once clearing customs. Sounds very dodgy to me. Pretty sure it's a scam and am going to ring the bank and try and reverse the payment.

Also take a close look at the positive reviews on this site, as another member on here pointed out, look at the reviewer's history and notice how there's always some reviews written in Dutch in amongst them even if the reviewer is apparently American for instance. Clearly fake.

Haven't received the product after more than 2 weeks. I ordered it on 24th November for a birthday on 13th December. It's now 9th Dec, with no sign. I did get an email asking me to review the product, a bit worrying, but link just sent me to more advertising. I tried to contact them on their website, but I don't have the order number on the email confirming my order (despite what it says on the website-that I should find it there) and they haven't replied. I replied to the email confiring my order, as it said I could, but it bounced back. So I guess I will have to face the Christmas shopping hoards and get a different present and somehow try to get a refund.

I have an order since 28.11.2025 accidentally by mistake, I would like to cancel immediately but cannot see any cancel button. Ok then i wait for the product hope i will like it. But until now 9.12.2025, I didnt' hear any delivery msg , or update of shipment. I tried to write an email to Siraat support email but receive error email delivery note. My order number is #SIRAAT30521. Hope I will receive the mini pan soon.

Total scam, there is zero customer support. Highly recommend not to do business with this company

The pan is advertised as non-stick, but everything sticks to it. The website claims a 100-day free trial, yet they don’t honor that promise. Customer service has been slow and unhelpful. They only offered me a 10% refund for what is essentially an overpriced stainless steel pan in a 100 day "free" trial. Don’t fall for it.

Hey Siraat - I am waiting for my order since Nov 29th. I want to cancel my order and want a refund of 100% of my money paid. Writing here since you are not responding to any of my mails, communication from you is non-existent. No tracking/shipping, anything - you just took my money and you don't care about anything else.
IF you refund me back - at least I will be able to say here that you are not a SCAM.

Absolute scam , i purchased 3 weeks ago , got no product or no refund , no reply, they are deleting my comments on Instagram, people Beware . Instagram is so lame for allowing obvious scams on their platform !!

This is a scam! There is no information about this company! We don't know where they are, I ordered from them, but I didn't receive any product, there is no comment anywhere, from a person who says they received anything from them!
Report the Facebook and Instagram pages because this company does not exist! They do not ship anything, they do not produce anything! I delete all the negative comments on Facebook and Instagram so that other people do not see them. I do not respond to messages on the site, everything is a scam!

Buyer beware - heed the reviews bellows. This is not a legitimate operation - whoever “running” is incompetent or a scam artist. Can’t speak to the products as I refused delivery and returned to sender but “Jen” whoever the heck that is (possibly just a bot) is a sad excuse of a CS rep. Radio silence unless they want your money after you dispute charges with a bank for failure to procure merchandise. ALSO, THEY WILL CHARGE $50+ FOR ANY RETURNS. Steer clear of this instagram scam.

Scamners or just bad customer service?

Placed an order on 1 Dec 2025.
Received confirmation email that they received my order and are preparing it. No order number.
Received two more vague emails since that they'll send tracking info once courier picks up the order.
It's only a frying pan with a lid but cost over $300. How much preparation does it need?

No response to an email I sent, and no reply to a fb comment I added on their page.

Scammed??

I paid and ordered one of their pan on the 12th of November. Although they confirmed the order, till today I could not get any tracking record or any useful info from Siraat. They are only sending same emails upon my repeating request for tracking record. Before Black Friday, they started to say "Black Friday logistic delay" and they still continue to say same. As I understood, they are big scam company. If I could give "0" or below, I would do.....

I'm in Australia. I bought a pan online from their website ... clearly I should've come here first. I've had no response. No confirmation email, nothing. Just money gone from my credit card. No response to my email to customer service.
They're scammers.

I placed an online order early November, for one of their titanium pans. I paid by credit card and received a confirmation for my order was told to expect delivery information to follow shortly thereafter. More than 3 weeks later despite emailing them 3 times, i still don't have any delivery information or an ETA on when to expect my delivery. Instead, they just keep telling me the 'transport' company will assign a tracking number & send it to me soon!! The last email i received they offered me a 10% credit - WTF I dont want a credit, i want my pan or refund my money. I dont believe this company has sent my order, and are fobbing me off becuase they have not fulfilled my order and dont want to tell me and provide a refund. I will give them one more week to provide me with the delivery information before i go to the bank and have the transaction reversed due to their fraudulent activity.
