Have not cooked with it. Got it this morning. Followed the instructions with the oil and now it has a yellow stain and did not come off with soapy water. Is this normal?

I now have purchased 3 Taima cutting boards, and no doubt will purchase a larger one sometime soon. They scratch but do not affect knives which is critical for me as my knives are always very sharp.

Love the look of the pans. They also cook up some great food!!! They do really well on gas stoves. Just remember don’t use a high heat. That’s the norm for all non stick pans.
