SCAM avoid at all costs
20 days after I've made the order they didn't ship yet, saying they had continuos delays. I gave them the benefit of the doubt but even after having canceled the order, one and half month have passed and they still haven't refunded it nor have I received the item. I now have to call my credit card to help me recover the money.
Also they're customer services replies with 3-4 business days delay making comunication very slow.
Do yourself a favour: avoid them
For an online business, the communication could be easier. However, the product when it arrived met our expectations.
Item ordered online and payment immedately confirmed, but over a week passed without any further information. After two attempts to reach customer service and another week+, I was told the chair I ordered would not be available until November, information contradicted by their own website. I requested the order be cancelled, was told I would receive a refund, but then it was still sent and arrived, in the end, over a month after ordered. The lag time between contacting customer service and hearing back from them was, on average, 1.5 weeks between messages. So far, the chair itself seems fine, but I would not use this company again due to their chaotic, inaccurate, and exceedingly slow service.
I did an order at the end of august.. I’m still waiting the order..the cuatomer aervice is really poor and they don’t provide any significant information about the status of the order..i’m just receiving apologies from them but they are not providing any estimation. I will never do again an order from this website and I suggest to everyone to find another solution from their house..but not Northdeco..never.. now it’s 2 months that I’m waiting.. it will nevere arrive my order? Who knows…

I ordered a table three weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived. I paid €30 for shipping, which makes this even more frustrating. There’s been no update, no tracking information, and no response to my messages. Extremely disappointed with the service. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here.
Chair arrived later then expected but customer service was excellent in communication when a mail was send an answer followed in a couple of days.

I ordered the wrong item – my fault.
But for two weeks now, I've been waiting for a message about how I can return the delivered item and when I'll get my money back for the canceled item.
I've sent several emails and tried to get through by phone more than 20 times to no avail. No response from customer service. I hope this can be resolved.
Still waiting for a refund or replacement. Item arrived broken.
The chair is beautiful. It is very big and wide, so check the measurements before purchasing it! The delivery was a bit slow but the customer service was professional and helpful.

The Lexa chairs arrived with 3 month delay and they were broken .
They said they would replace them , but after 2 month they have not send new ones .

I had a very disappointing experience with Northdeco. I bought an expensive chair because it looked premium and comfortable in the photos. First of all, the delivery was extremely late. Then when it finally arrived, the chair turned out to be very uncomfortable — nothing like what I expected for the price.
When I contacted customer service, they told me they couldn’t accept a return since the chair was already assembled. But how is a customer supposed to know whether the product is actually comfortable without trying it? For such a costly purchase, I would expect much better quality and more flexible service.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Northdeco based on my experience.
Quality of delivered goods (wooden chair) is sub par. Support service is bad. Déspite sending back the goods, they do not proceed with the refund.
Stay absolutely away from them
I ordered a dining table mid july.
It arrived after two weeks, but I wasn't there at this time. Still, it said it was delivered in the parcel tracking. Later I found out that the shipment was declined by (somehow) me (even if I wasn't there) because the packaging was damaged. Still, no action taken. I told them I wanted it delivered in the 1st week of September. It did not arrive. I gave them another chance to deliver at 15th of September, it didn't arrive. I requested a refund. DHL calls me, asks me why they can't deliver and I'm telling them that there's also people WORKING, that is why I tried to schedule multiple times. They also told me the packaging is severely damaged which is why they think the glass table will have multiple scratches. I told them to send it back to Spain.
I wrote to customer support multiple times all throughout this, in the end requesting a refund. Refund should've been there within 14 days, it's 17 now. No phone calls can be made, no emails are being read. The customer service is non-existent. The worst of the worst experiences I've ever made. I paid the price for the table but don't even have one. What the hell.

The website promised delivery within 5 business days to the Netherlands (order number: S70605). It’s now been 2 months, and I still haven’t received my order. Northdeco completely mishandled the shipping, and their choice of DHL Freight made the situation even worse. For over a week DHL has been "trying to find" my address, and I am still getting messages about 'delays'. No other store or courier has ever had a problem with a delivery to my address.
Trying to contact Northdeco is just as frustrating: in 99% of my calls I only get the automated response, "Hello, unfortunately we are unable to answer your call." No real help, no updates, no accountability.
Not recommended
The delivery took too long time. It arrived when I don’t need it anymore. So I just sent it back. Since I can reach anyone from the website no matter with email or calls.
