Ease of use, professional. Never experienced any problems with my packages. I would give it 5 stars if they could reduce the shipping cost.

i like the 60-day storage limit but my only concern is just the expensive shipping prices especially if you don't use global mail priority.

Most staff very helpful and knowlegable. Some seem to be preprogrammed with stock answers. Best to put the phone down and try again and hope to get a good one!
