I’m not saying anything illegal is happening, but the lack of transparency has really damaged my trust. Transactions take far longer than expected, explanations are vague, and I’m constantly asked to “wait for updates” that never arrive. The whole experience feels unstable and unreliable.

My fully verified account with KingdomBank was LOCKED DOWN the absolute moment I attempted to fund it and order a debit card. This immediate lockout is unacceptable and strongly suggests a malicious bait-and-switch operation: luring customers to deposit funds only to seize access. Support has been utterly useless, providing nothing but the repetitive, non-answer "compliance reasons" and deliberately refusing to offer a single detail or solution. This is not customer service; it is a brazen denial of access to my own money. KingdomBank clearly cares nothing for its customers, only for seizing capital. I DEMAND the immediate and full restoration of my account, or an official, detailed, and written justification for the closure. I will not tolerate further silence, and my negative public reviews will remain active—and multiplied—until this intolerable situation is rectified. Your current conduct has been a deliberate obstruction and a truly terrible experience.

My experience:
I paid $350 for an IBAN in May 2025, never got to use it, and received an email in August informing me that it was no longer available. It took 6 months to get a refund.
You have to explain and justify every bank transfer, otherwise they refuse it. They have denied transfers, from respected companies, several times in a row.
All incoming payments must be justified. Some of them are "lost". A transfer received has still not been credited (since Oct 1st). 2 months+. The MT103 was provided as proof of transfer on Oct 28th. 1 month+.

I’m honestly furious. They deleted my review and I have no idea why?? I can provide the emails and proof of the contact with the kingdom bank.
In case they remove this one too, here’s the summary:
1. I was invited to open an account with Kingdom Bank right after I started the process with Jeton Bank, which made it very clear to me that they’re connected. Same setup, same style. And yes, I believe they probably have more companies under the same umbrella to move money around in different ways.
2. I had a meeting with one of their representatives, Muzaki, and he didn’t seem confident about the services or the company. He mentioned it could take more than a week for an application fee to arrive because things weren’t working properly at the moment at the kingdom bank. A week? For a bank? It already showed how unreliable their system is. The staff didn’t seem trained, didn’t understand basic financial terms. It honestly felt more like a call centre full of people who weren’t happy to be there and had no solid financial knowledge.
3. I know companies that have already onboarded with them, and even basic SWIFT or SEPA transfers don’t work properly. Payments get delayed forever or don’t arrive at all. Completely unacceptable.
4. The real issue seems to be the management. The employees just repeat scripts and don’t actually know what’s going on behind the scenes. Even they don’t speak positively about the company(this is the reason my concern started).
5. From everything I’ve seen and heard, this does not come across as a serious financial institution. It feels more like a place that focuses on onboarding high-risk clients just to move money around. That is my honest impression based on what I’ve experienced.
6. I was even told by their own employee on the meeting that the company is run in a very closed, Turkish traditional way, which explains a lot about how things operate internally.
7. I’m going to keep looking into this company, because there are too many unanswered questions. Who is running it? Who is investing in it? Why are they onboarding high-risk clients? Are they even authorised to operate in the UK? Where are their offices located? He said the it was located a walking distance from St Paul’s. But their presence in the uk raises a lot of doubts.
8. And yes, they will probably delete this review again. But if at least one person reads it before they do: please don’t open an account with this company. If they keep deleting my review, I’ll keep posting it. We need to stop this business from operating in European countries. Scammers are using this company to scam all of us.
