The Kingdom team is polite

The Kingdom team and account manager Yavuz is polite, reliable, responsive, qualified, and fast. They won't leave you alone with a problem and will fight for you until the last possible moment. They know their job very well.

Disappearing Customer Support

I reported a missing deposit, but all I got were canned responses. My questions were never addressed, and eventually support just stopped replying. No escalation option, no phone number—just silence. That’s scary when money is involved.

Veronica is consistently responsive, clear, and proactive. She anticipates issues before they arise, explains requirements in plain language, and follows through until everything is resolved. From onboarding to navigating compliance/KYC and coordinating international transfers, she’s made complex processes feel simple and stress-free.

What really sets Veronica apart is her professionalism and genuine care. Hidden or Misleading Fees

App Flakiness & Repeated Logouts

The app itself looks modern, but it's not reliable. Frequent logouts mid-transaction, frozen screens, and one feature after another fails to work. It’s unacceptable for a "digital-first" service to be this unstable.

Card Issuance Fee Surprise

I requested a "free" physical card during onboarding based on written confirmation from support—only to be hit with a retroactive $100 charge. They admitted the mistake but refused to issue the card for free. Felt predatory and disingenuous.

The mobile app crashes constantly—especially during transfers or login. I’ve reinstalled three times, nothing changes. For a “digital bank,” their tech is embarrassingly unstable.

I transferred $3,000 to a vendor last week. Funds left my account but never arrived. Kingdom Bank says ��we're investigating” but hasn’t followed up in 5 days. This is unacceptable.

I signed up with kingdom bank because…

I signed up with kingdom bank because they advertise quick withdrawals, claimed to be processed within 12 to 24 hours. When I requested a withdrawal, I expected it to arrive promptly, but here I am, five business days later, still seeing no sign of it. Every message to support only says the issue is out of our hands, and I’m asked to wait, no clear explanation, no timeline. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially considering I had faster withdrawals in the past for smaller amounts. The lack of transparency is the real problem, it's like they don’t care about their customers once money's on hold.
